Chapter Forty Two

Sasha's POV

"Was that your last bag?" Seth asks as he closes the door to our apartment.

"Yeah, thanks." I say

I sigh as I look around our apartment, missing the previous one I was staying at.

"You good?" Seth asks, placing his hand on my shoulder.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I reply as we sit down on the couch.

"Let's watch some tv?" He asks, placing one of his arms around me.

I feel myself grow uncontrollable under his touch. I reluctantly lean on him as we cuddle and watch a movie.

Bayley's POV

"Hey bud! I missed you!" Alexa says as she happily pets an excited Flex.

"He really missed you." I say, watching the puppy jump all over Alexa whom just giggles in response.

"I missed him too but I really, really missed you Bayley." She says, putting her hands on my waist and pulling me into a hug.

"Let's just forget about the past month okay?" I say, cupping the smaller girls face.

"Deal. Don't you think it's odd that for ten years our lives were perfect and we were happy but as soon as Sasha came back it all got messed up?" Alexa asks causing something in me to switch and become angry.

"Why are you blaming this on Sasha? She's not the one who cheated." I say making her face fall.

"Wait, Alexa I didn't mean that." I say as she pulls away from my touch.

"I get that I fucked up Bayley, trust me I suffered for it but you don't need to remind me." She says before walking into the bedroom with a frown.

Flex bites my shoe and starts clawing at my leg.

"I know, I know, I'm stupid." I say as the puppy scoffs and lays down besides the bedroom door.

After a couple more minutes Alexa exits the room and walks into the kitchen.

"Lexi, I didn't mean it like that." I say as she turns around with a frown.

"Are you sure? Cause it sure sounded like it." She says making me frown as well.

"I just- I was hurting and I still am but it's because I knew I let you slip through my fingers and I don't want that to happen again Alexa." I say

"Bayley, I love you and nothing is ever going to change that. I want to build a life with you." She says, her eyes watering a little.

"And we are, we did." I say making her sigh and shake her head.

"Did we? I thought we did too but then Sasha came back and now I don't know what to think." She says

"Stop bringing Sasha into this, our relationship has nothing to do with her." I say

"It has everything to do with her Bayley! Don't you notice that all of our fights are about her?" Alexa asks

"That's because you don't like her and I don't know why, she's nice, caring, and sweet!" I say making Alexa scoff.

"Your still in love with her aren't you?" She asks as she crosses her arms.

"What? No of course I'm not, I love you not her, you." I say making her sigh.

"I don't know Bayley." She says making me frown.

"I married you Alexa, not her. I live with you, not her. I have a puppy with you, not her. Im in love with you, not her. I want to have a baby with you, not her." I say causing her eyes to widen.
