So I'm seeing some confusion for some of my readers on the background plot especially. I'll explain what's happening so far.
President Snow died, so his granddaughter is ruling Panem now as President Snow. Again.
Ronnie and JP are the head game makers in this book.
The messages are a conversation between the rebels in what's left of 13 and a rebel in the Capitol. The Capitol has been intercepting these messages, decoding them, and sending them on their way. If you look at my Conversations tab on my profile, then you'll see some of the past messages. Some are translation, some are cipher encoded.
Damien is a rebel transporter which is the center of the overall plot line in this book.
