If you ever feel down;
•Listen to something that has meaning for you
•write/doodle it out
•Pray
•watch a soul-curing movie (something that make you feel good!)
•read the Bible/bible verse
•listen to yourself (think back to what made you feel sad)
•make a small list of things you'd like to do in the future/places you'd love to visit
•tell someone.If you ever feel stressed;
•Water/Tea breaks do help!
•Dance! Dance! Dance!
•run around to forget your stresses
•go for a nice swim
•read something soothing
•pray
•learn something new/productive!
•write down why you are stressed and find ways to figure your problems out
•anything positive that helps you works too!If you ever feel bored;
•Cook something for yourself (even if you're not an expect at cooking!)
•come up with random lyrics
•paint something
•build something from scratch
•call some friends and make plans to hang out
•doing nothing wont be enough! Go out there and see the world! (Even if it's just down the street from your neighborhood!)
•window shop at the mall
•play an instrument/try to play oneIf you're sick;
•manage a small healthier diet until you feel better
•drink medications
•pray
•don't be glued to your bed all the time! (Try walking around your home!)
•go to the doctor/get checked
•lots of fluids!
•no stress! (It could make you worsen!)
•any family remedies work!
•take it slow (don't feel pressured to be in a hurry to get better/or anything of that sort!)
