1.) whatever the case, DO NOT let school or anything else get to you (I once made that huge mistake and collapsed in public.)2.) take everything one breath at a time (Things can wait, so do not fee pressured to get things done quickly)
3.) Have good times, and don't let bad times get to you ~ Take vacations—staycations count— whenever you and your family need them
4.) ALWAYS and I mean ALWAYS educate yourself (Don't be afraid to learn. It will make you smarter and full of knowledge. Even a book a month or even learning a new language will do (:
5.) going back to the basics—give thanks to your close family and those around you that have made your life much better (Even a small thank you is okay!)
6.) ALWAYS treat yourself (Never leave yourself out and never stop congratulating yourself for the smallest of achievements)
7.) smile (you look even better when you smile, and it reduces any stress that you can have)
8.) consider the best for you and those around you (from healthy foods, to good friends, small things will make big differences in your everyday life.)
9.) NEVER GIVE UP (That is it.)
10.) refer back to 1-9~ All steps will take a positive toll in your life!
