3. Talk to someone about what's happening

4. Consider schedules and ways to work with things (plan things out.)

5. Mindful activities always help! Consider things that can do you well in the end.

6. Think of the present (don't dwell in the future.)

7. Accept that only so can be done at times (everything takes time.)

1. Breath in for 4 seconds

2. Hold your breath for 7 seconds

3. Exhale breath for 8 seconds

4. Repeat once or twice more
