Reduce stress and More!
1. Quietly begin the day with yourself~
plan ahead, think ahead, make decisions ahead of time
2. Set good intentions~
those could be as small as a daily goal, or even how much you want to do of something in particular
3. Eat mindfully~
and I don't just mean grab what you see and eat it! I mean consider your daily veggies and fruits, as well as if you're rushing your day, plan and pre-make your hearty meals!
4. Take three deep breaths~
It doesn't matter when! If you need to take time from something, take deep breaths and relax. Your health and well-being are more important!
5. Stay Hydrated!
Your body needs water as much as you do! It prevents you from getting sick, and it helps your body stay well and fit
6. Stretch!
Sitting for too long is bad for you! Even if it's for sixty seconds do a quick stretch every often and get back to doing what you were doing!
7. Set realistic and manageable expectations ~
Nothing overboard on this one! Set small tasks through out the day that will help you stay healthy and being mindful about anything!
8. Drive mindfully~
Keep an eye for yourself and for your surroundings! Don't do anything that would be considered reckless.
9. Transition back ~
Spend it at home after a long day out or at work! Focus on yourself emotionally and physically.
10. What went right during the day? ~
Write down or even just think about the good things that happened to you! Think of the things you would do again to make your days go by much smoother and quicker, as well as to make yourself an even better person!
