"Manager Hobeom is getting married," Aerum happily sang as she walked through the magnificent corridors of the event hall.
Jin was walking behind her after accompanying the younger woman to the restrooms. He watched as she happily sang to herself.
Aerum suddenly stopped and turned around. "Do you think I'll ever get married, Jin?"
Jin was taken aback by her sudden question, but he realized it fit the situation.
Aerum was a beautiful idol that other people admired and love, but she never had much faith or trust in herself. She never really found a reason to love herself.
Even though she liked flirting with other women and throwing suggestions to other men - members or not - she just did it because it was in her nature. She never flirted with anyone with the intention to start an actual relationship.
If she couldn't love herself, then it would be even harder to love others.
Jin smiled at her and patted her head, ignoring her remarks of how he was ruining her perfectly curled hair.
"I know you'll get married, Aerum. Lots of people love you."
Aerum didn't seem to believe him, but she didn't object too much. "It'd be nice to just have that one special person. I hope I can achieve that in the future."
"You still have us," Jin said. "Plenty of us to go around."
Aerum chuckled. "I guess I'm stuck with seven guys for the rest of my life."
"Correct! But even if you do find that one special person, they'd have to go through me,"
Jin declared, jabbing his own chest with his thumb.
Aerum sighed. "I'm never getting married."
