[one month later]

BigHit Entertainment didn't want to hold back the release of BTS's new album. They already pushed back the date by one month.

Aerum was still in the hospital, recovering from the attack on that night. In the end, she told them not to worry and just make the music video without her.

She was supposed to be the main vocalist for Idol, but now her previous recordings for the song were placed as background vocals and she wouldn't have much lyrics because she wasn't seen in the music video.

BigHit were worried about how ARMY would react. They didn't take Aerum getting shot very well. Of course, they didn't know Jungkook was the reason Aerum ended going out in the middle of the night.

Aerum didn't know what she wanted to do with her life anymore. She loved being an idol. She loved spending time with most of the boys, but she was injured and there was too much drama with her in the group.

It was all because she was of the opposite gender.

Aerum had a lot of time to herself to think in the hospital. She would lay in bed, breathing slowly and carefully because of the wound in her abdomen. It was near her v-line and more to the line near the hip, but it could clearly been seen from the front.

She knew she would eventually recover, but she was afraid she would be too rusty to even dance. She would sing to herself in the room.

No one really had time to visit her. Fans weren't allowed visit her - if they somehow found out what room and hospital she was in. The only people allowed were members of BigHit Entertainment, her family members, and Aerum allowed the woman she protected that night to visit.

Aerum learned her name was SungMi. She was pretty and very nervous. The moment Aerum was shot and SungMi caught a good look at her face as she collapsed from the shot, SungMi knew who she was.

And yet, SungMi didn't post anything on social media about getting to know Aerum or what happened. She chose to carry on with her job and life while still visiting Aerum.

But honestly, sometimes, Aerum wanted to be a normal person. When she was younger, she wanted to be a choreographer, and now that dream didn't seem so bad.

[A/N: I think I'm officially back from my hiatus? Maybe slow updates, but I think I'll start writing on this account again. I'm not sure. Today was just a good day.
