We leave the bathroom so zero could have some privacy. We walk over to our group and start talking.
"Is he okay?" Noah ask
"Yeah he's fine just a little shakin up" Oakley says as she gets her bag from Ethan
"Why do you always bring in the people that always get bullied on the first day here?" Nathan says while chuckling a little
"Don't forget you Jace jacy and Noah where bullied on the first day here so you can't say anything" Oakley says while fixing her bag strap
"Yeah shes write guys so please get along with him" Jacy says
"How can we get along with him if he doesn't even talk? He's either retarded or mute.....could be both" Ethan says while shrugging
"ETHAN that's not nice, learn some respect geez" I say while smacking him in the arm
"Sorry" he says
"Idiot" Oakley whispers

Pov-zero
I walk out of the bathroom and towards the group but then stop when I hear something.
"How can we get along with him if he doesn't even talk? He's either retarded or mute.....could be both"
Amelia I think hits him in the arm and Oakley says something not sure what it was.
I shake my head and cross my arms. Ya know what? I don't care anymore. I knew I wouldn't make friends. Why doesn't anybody like me? Did I do something wrong?
I start to walk down the hallway. Away from them. I knew it was to good to be true to finally meet good people....guess I was wrong.
"ZERO"
I hear footsteps behind me and feel a hand on my shoulder. The person turns me around and pulls me in a hug.
"Zero it's okay he's just like that he's stupid okay don't listen to him" Oakley says while hugging me tighter
I didn't notice I was crying. This is so embarrassing. I feel so weak, so lost, so stupid.
"Don't worry zero. I'm here for you" Oakley says still hugging me
I lift my arms and wrap my them around her. I grab onto her shirt not wanting to let her go and lay my head on her shoulder and start sobbing.
"It's okay zero you have to cry your tears out sometimes right. I'm not going anywhere"
I hug her as tight as I can but not tight to were it would hurt her.
"Even though we just met zero I'm not gonna leave your side....never in a million years"
Can't believe I'm hugging someone.
Can't believe a person is hugging me.
Can't believe she's being a friend to me.
I feel safe....
