CHAPTER 17

Pov-Zero

Waking up, music still playing. I got up from my bed. I went to my closet and got a pair of ripped jeans and a dark blue long sleeve shirt. I go to the bathroom and take a quick shower.

There's no school today. I'm just gonna hang out in my room, probably gonna take a walk later.

Getting out of the shower, I got dressed and went into my bedroom. Jessy and Patty still aren't home so that's good.

I go to my bed and lay down thinking. I know I think to much but I really need to rethink about my past.

I still can't believe stupid four year old me accepted mom's apologies. Can I even call her my mom? She was an evil woman. She treated me like crap. I know she started to change but she had no right to so those kinda things to me. Three year old me.

If I ever see her again I'm not accepting any apologies. She probably won't even apologize.

But I wonder what she looks like? It's been a few years. Wonder where she is. Probably happy with what she has right know.

I get up off my bed and go downstairs. Since no one's home I feel safe to walk around. This place seems like it could be a nice place to live in, only if nasty people didn't live here.

I go back upstairs and put on my hoodie. I walk back downstairs and went out the door, closing it behind me, Walking off the porch.

I start to walk down the side walk. Away from the devil's house. Away from were bad people live. Away from everything.

I take my iPod out and put my earbuds in. I turn on bts- save me. Humming along to the song.

Walking down the side walk. Admiring every little thing I see.

Me and the group decided to go on a walk. We laughed and joked around.

We've been walking for an hour. Just chilling and stuff. We're not going home anytime soon.

"Oh no"

I look were miles was looking. Me and the group stopped when we saw Tobias and his squad

"Look who we have here, the princess and the geeks" Tobias says walking up to us.

"What a coincidence walking into you here" I say this sarcastically

"C'mon princess, why do you chose to hang out with these geeks when you can hang out with us" Tobias says, he points at his group of friends and smirks.

"Well here are some reasons why I don't hang out with you and your group of cats" I say, glaring.

"Reason number one, I hate bullies, reason number two, I hate you, reason number three, your annoying, reason number four, your not even cool? I bet you pay these guys to be your friends cause your so antisocial you can't even talk in front of class without running out, and last reason, reason number five, you and your squad of friends are evil, your mean to people that aren't on your level, all because we, my group and other people at school are wayyyyyy better than you, you bullied them to do your homework because your to stupid to do it yourself"

"Ptsh whatever" he says, he looks at my group and then smirks.

"Where is the new geek member? He run away?" Tobias ask, crossing his arms

"Zero Is not a geek, he's a better person then you'll ever be" I saw crossing my arms

"That kid? Ptsh. Yeah right he can't even protect himself"
