"Wanna go on a hike?" I ask Auston as I get dressed for the day.

"Yeah, let me put my shoes on," He replied as he left the room.

The nature behind my house was green as the sun shining down. The middle of April as hockey season soon comes to an end.

"We should go on a road trip baby" I said to Auston as we walk on the trail ahead.

"Where?" He asked with a smirk.

"Oh how about Michigan, we could invite Brooke and Mitch." I reply with excitement.

Auston laughed agreed it would be fun.

We continued down the trail about 2 miles. Off in the distance a big open field of bright green grass, and a bunch of pretty wild flowers.

"Oh my Auston look!" I tell him as I pull him to the field.

Laughing as we fall to the ground, it didn't hurt but it was so funny. Both deciding to just there are look at the sky. Looking to see what shapes the clouds are.

"I see a cat," he stays pointing.

"Wow it does, I see a boat over there," I say.

"I love you." I say rolling over to look at Auston.

"I love you too." He says

After about 2 hours we finally made it back to the apartment. We fell asleep looking at the clouds and just listening to the trees as the wind blows through the leaves.

"I've been thinking about something for awhile." Auston says as he sits on the couch.

"Oh yeah?" I ask grabbing us some water.

"Yeah, I know we haven't been dating a year yet but I want us to live together." He continues as I look at him. Curiosity in his eyes as he grabs my hands.

"I like that idea." I say with a smile.

"Really?" He asks in disbelief.

"Yeah, we can live together and have Delta as our pet." I say excitedly, smiling, rubbing my thumb against Austons hands.

Leaning in for a kiss as Auston's met mine. It's cheesy but I still get butterflies when I kiss him. It's the first time we kissed when Will was drunk.

"Are you serious!?" Auston asked in shock.

Laughing at him as I explain myself, "I like hockey but, I really haven't been ice skating before."

"Come on," He says pulling me out of the apartment.

15 minutes later we pull up to a familiar building, Scotiabank Arena.

"What are we doing here?" I ask confused.

"I'm going to teach you how to skate." He answers seriously as he grabs his skates.

"Omg," I reply laughing.

Sitting on the bench as I lace up my skates. The cool air makes my hands feel like ice but I know I'm going to have fun.

Auston comes out of the tunnel and helps me onto the ice. He grabs my hands and we glide down the ice laughing at how bad I am.

"I'm terrible." I say laughing as we stop.

"No, you aren't." He replied brushing the hair out of my face.

We both lean in and our lips collide without a care.

"I love you so much Auston," I say resting my head on his shoulder.

"I love you too." Auston says back as we continue to skate again.
