He couldn't remember anything past that point....

"Sir?"

"Huh!" Ghost jumped, looking at Toast.

"Are you alright?" The older male asked, feeling Ghost's forehead.
.... it was sticky with sweat.
'Make sure to keep an eye on him...' he mentally noted as Ghost backed away.

"Y- yeah, jus- There it is!" Ghost interrupted himself before sprinting to chase the entity.
Toast sighed and followed, leaving Colon and Spooker to look at each other in confusion.

They then decided to follow, running up the stairs.
That was, until they heard a couple of young voices talking.

"What if he attacks us again? Sure, we can't die, but it hurts!" A male whimpered, urging Colon to peek through a crack in the door.
Despite them speaking like a child, they were a man who was clearly in their 20's- wearing a coal jacket and black jeans. He had black hair and brown eyes; which anxiously scoured the room.

"Oh, Billy, you worry too much!" The female giggled, patting his head. She had brown, frizzy hair tied back into a messy ponytail and a band around her head. Her eyes were- also- brown and gleaned with child-like excitement. She wore a pink jacket over a tank shirt, and blue jeans. Despite her speaking like a two year old, she was clearly in her late teens.

"But I don't like dying! Yeah, it was funny at first, but it hurts now!" The man- Billy- continued.

"Calm down. Toastie's here! He's fine with Toastie!" The girl continued, patting Billy's head.

"Sally!" He whined.

"Don't worry. No Ji-"

"Hey!"

Colon and Spooker jumped in alarm, looking at Ghost.
"How about you pair get your beanies over here and help!?"
They nodded, rushing over.

One thought was on Colon's mind....
... who were those two so scared of?
