I kept my head low as I continued walking down the streets. My eyes scanning the grey cement slabs as my feat carried me away.

My mind wondered but came back to one person, always one.

He flashed threw my mind, his smile, his eyes.

I couldn't stop myself.

Seeing him today and looking at how I left him, I couldn't help but dwell over how he looked.

Daniels eyes were so cold...so lifeless. His posture, usually standing up straight, now slouched just a bit, giving him a droopy look. Looking dead on the inside.

I felt cold, so cold my hands felt numb, but my heart felt nonexistent.

Why it was nonexistent?

Because it was still with Daniel.

I continued walking down the streets when I realized snow started to fall and the cold, bitter wind nipped at my bare, exposed skin.

I realized how cold my body was.

I realized how droopy and hazy everything was. How slowly, my world was going dark.

I realized my legs were starting to give out from underneath me, letting me fall.

My body fell to the ground, nothing to stop the impact as it made contact.  The snow now packed down to the ground where my body was lying as more snow fell around me.

My body slowly losing all heat to the cold.

So cold.

I had feeling in my toes, I felt them wiggle as I tried to move them.

My hands were warm, sweating almost but something was holding my left one.

My eyes slowly opened, soon I was being blinded by a bright light.

I looked around the room I was now in, It seemed familiar, like I've been here before.

I looked down at my body, I was wearing familiar clothing.I was wrapped in familiar blankets.

A familiar boy sleeping next to me sitting in a chair, holding my hand.

Daniel James Seavey.

I slowly unwrapped the blankets from my body, a sudden rush of cold swept across my body making me shutter and started searching for my own clothing.

"Y/N please" I voice spoke from behind me. Nearly jumping out of my own skin, I turned to Daniel.

"What" my voice spat venom at him.

"Please" He whispered, coming closer.

I didnt try and stop him, I didn't want to stop him.

"What do you want Daniel" my voice was flat, cold.

"I want you back, I know I fucked up, I didn't mean to make you feel the way I did, I didn't mean to treat you the way I did. I still love you and these past two weeks without you have been literal hell" He now held my hands in his own.

His hands were icy, his world was like mine.

He had my heart and I had his.

"Is she gone" my voice croaked.

"Forever" He smiled, a warmth filled my body, seeing him happy was still enough to make me smile even the slightest. "Can we be forever?" I didn't know what to say, I didn't know what to do.

"I- I... ugh i um... Dani" his smile faded as I struggled with words. I wasn't rejecting him but he thought I was.

"I-I uh.. I understand" He nodded, giving me a fake smile.

"No Dani, that's not what I meant" I stressed.

"Well the what did you mean?" His voice was hopeful but still doubtful.

"Yes"

His smile grew, color coming back to my world as it left the grey state Daniel left it in.

He was the color in my world, the happiness, my everything.
