The girl I just met was already grinding against me. Two hours into knowing each other, thats all it took.

I rolled my eyes but went along with it anyways. Who was I to ignore a pretty thing like that? She was basically begging me for it. When I felt her press more into me, I knew it was show time.

"He-" I began but stopped almost instantly. A girl, roughly my age, caught my eye walking into the kitchen. She went to my College I knew that much, maybe she was in my class? I knew I saw her before but my half shit faced mind couldn't remember where. All I really knew was that she was absolutley stunning. "I'm going to go get a drink," I slurred, to make my 'drunk and stupid' act more believable.

She swivelled around to face me, gripping my collar, she pulled me in close to her face, so close I could feel her breath on my ear when she leaned in. "I'll be waiting upstairs. Don't be too long babe," she was about to pull away when she grabbed my bottom ear lobe and softly bit down, sending shivers down my spine.

Sorry, babe, but I won't be joining you if everything goes smoothly with that girl I just saw.

I nodded my head, nonethless, and made my journey to the kitchen. Passing through all the drunk bodies wasn't easy, everywhere I looked I saw hot girls eyeing me up and down, but none seemed to faze me at the moment. I walked into the kitchen to see the same y/h/c I saw before. I knew it was her. Her back was turned to me and I could tell she was taking a sip of the drink she just poured. I saw my oppertunity, seeing as though she was right infront of the punch bowl. I grabbed a cup quickly and made my way over.

"-right!?" I heard her friend almost yell. They were gossiping, no one gets that into a conversation without it being gossip.

I cleared my throat, getting their attention. Her friend- a short brown haired girl- gave me an obvious displeased look, the girl I was face to face though, looked like she was blushing.

"Can I get to the punch?" I asked politely. I couldn't help the smirk plastered across my face, it was just natural when I got a girl flustered like that.

"Of course," she smiled and oh god, it was the prettiest damn smile I've ever saw. I went about my business, putting my cup close to the bowl so I wouldn't make a mess.

"Y'know," I said, taking her attention from her gossiping friends, "you're pretty cute."

I looked at her, she looked at me. I saw her eyes look me up and down, but this was unlike the other girls. The others all looked me up and down just to get a better look, she looked me up and down to observe and decide. It drove me wild.

"I would say the same, but you have every other girl to tell you that. Why would you need a bigger ego boost?" she gave me another innocent smile.

Fiesty. I liked that.

"But from you it would mean so much," I taunted. I saw her role her eyes but the smile told me she was amused by my efforts.

"Look," oh no, here it comes, the 'I have a boyfriend'. "I'm sure you're 'The nicest guy ever and wouldn't hurt me'" she faked sappy, "but  I can't deal with any more guys. Especailly man whores like you, Jack Avery."

She knew my name? And why did it hurt so much to be rejected?

"Why not?" I pressed. I felt like I needed her now. Not in a sexual or messed up way, I just needed her in my arms, to feel safe and loved. The way her smile faked happy when her eyes looked so sad, it almost broke me inside to know someone hurt her bad in the past.

"Because I hear stories about you. I know you just like to mess around and even if you did find yourself a girlfriend, you would always get bored in the end." It hurt a little bit, knowing how right she was made me sick.

"Can I prove I'm good?"

"How?" she seemed genuinly interested, but her gaurd was still up high.

"Let me take you out on a date, and to raise the bar, I won't sleep with a girl for two months, including you," I gave her a playful wink. She laughed a little at my efforts. Her laugh brought a smile to my face, it was cute.

"Deal." She seemed to fight with herself after making her decision, but before she could speak again, I cut her off.

"No take backs," I ruled. She was about to protest, but shut her mouth all together.

"Give me your phone," she insisted, holding out her hand.

"What for?" I asked, digging it out of my back pocket.

"So i can give you my number doofus."

"Oh right, I laughed, nervously scratching the back of my neck.  I watched as she typed the number and her name into my phone then hand it back.

"Text me," she winked, then walked off into the crowd of people.
