After texting Hailey, finding out that she was alright with us hanging out tonight on my Yacht. I immediately left my office and started planning our trip. I called the caterer that I normally used for events to cook for me tonight on my ship. I figured that I could pick her up at 5 pm, we could take a ride around in the Yacht and view the Miami skyline once it gets dark enough outside.

With my ideas all planned out, I made a few calls for business purposes and then once it became 4:30, I left and drove back to my house to shower and change and then left to go pick-up Hailey, along the way I made a pit stop at a flower shop that I normally used that was ran by the wife of one of my men and bought a dozen red and white roses. And then headed off to Hailey's house, arriving a few minutes later.

Pulling up in front of Hailey's house, I grabbed the roses from the passenger seat of my car and then got out and walked to Hailey's front door and knocked. Standing there for a few minutes in silence I stood there and picked at a button on my suit as I nervously waited on Hailey to open the door.

Opening the door, she was standing there in all her radiant beauty. The blue in her long-sleeved shirt really brought out the color of her eyes. I smiled at her and reached my hand out to her and she took it and stepped outside where I was. Once she was standing in front of me, I handed her the dozen roses and said. "Um, here. These are for you. I wasn't sure what your favorite flower was. So, I bought you red and white roses."

I watched as she smiled at me and then said. "Thank you, Draco. I love them!" She said happily.

I walked closer to her and kissed her. The smell of her iconic rose perfume helped me to relax myself a bit more. Pulling away from her I said. "So, are you ready to go? I've got everything ready and waiting on us,"

She nodded her head at me and then said. "Sure. Just let me go lock my door really quick." She said as she quickly walked away from me and locked her door and then followed me to my car where I opened the door for her and she got inside.

Closing her door for her, I walked around to my side of the car and got inside, closing the door with a slam and then putting the key in the ignition and starting the car and drove off to where I had my yacht docked at. Once we got to the dock yard I could see that it had already started to get dark outside.

The lights from the nearby businesses gave a beautiful glow over the part of the water that we standing at as we waited on the people who worked on my yacht to finish preparing for our trip that we were about to take in a couple of minutes.

Once everything was ready to go I took Hailey's hand into mine and helped her onto the deck of my yacht, The Queen Reina. I haven't really used this ship that much. Mostly because I didn't know what the hell to use it for. So, it pretty much just sat docked her for a while.

On the ship we walked over to the railing and took a seat on one of the bench seats that was on the ship, and then placed my arm around Hailey and pulled her closer to me. As the ship pulled off I could feel the cold salted sea breeze misting against my skin. The feeling causing Hailey to shiver against me slightly.

With that I looked at Hailey and asked. "Are you feeling cold?"

I watched as she nodded her head and then said. "Yeah. I'm a feeling a bit cold."

Upon hearing that I stood from where I was sitting at and walked down the stairs to the sleeping quarters and grabbed a blanket from the bed and started to bring it up to Hailey so that she could get warm. However, as soon as I went to go take a step up the stairs, a young man who was working for the caterer that I hired came up to me and asked. "At what time would you like supper to be served?"

I thought about it for a couple of seconds before I replied. "6 o'clock would be fine."

Once I said that the young man nodded and walked off and went back to the kitchen where our food was being cooked at. I walked up the stairs and found Hailey sitting there where I had left her, staring at the Miami skyline as the yacht went by. Upon seeing this I went over to her and sat down beside her and started unfolding the Sherpa style blanket and then placed the blanket across the both of us and wrapped my arms around her and brought her closer to me.

Her head rested against my chest and I could smell the sweet smell of the honey scented shampoo that she used. We sat there for a while until the same young man who I talked to earlier came over to where we were sitting and announced. "Mr. Voronin. Dinner is now served."

Hearing him say that I removed the blanket that was covering Hailey and I, placed it onto the seat itself once we stood up and followed the young man down the stairs, all the while holding Hailey's hand in mine. Once downstairs in the dining area we sat down at my custom-made dining room table and waited and watched as the server brought our plates of teriyaki pork and some fried vegetables.

The meal smell made my mouth water with delight. As we sat there discussing how are days had been for us. We laughed and talked, then finished our meals and went back upstairs to the deck where we sat down and snuggled together, taking in the beautiful views that Miami had to offer.

As we sat there I started getting comfortable and I felt that the time was right to finally get what I had to say off my chest for good. With Hailey leaning against me I said. "Listen. Hailey, you know I love you right?"

"Yeah. What about it?" She asked.

"Well, I have something important to tell you." I said as I took a deep breath.

I watched as Hailey moved her body away from mine and looked at me with a shocked and a scared face and then said. "Oh god. Don't tell me that your breaking up with me?!" She said and a watched a couple of tears roll down her face.

Panicked, I grabbed her arms gently and she looked up at me. "No. Babe. That's not it. I'm not breaking up with you."

"Well, then what is it?" She asked through her tears.

"I'm not who you think I am." I said feeling some relief.

She stopped crying and looked at me with a confused look on her face. "What are you talking about, Draco? You mean you're not a businessman?"

"I am a businessman. However, that is only part of what I do. What I really do for a living is I am the Pakhan of the Voronin crime family."

"You're kidding right?" She asked, not really believing what was coming out of my mouth.

I let go of her arms and said. "Babe. It's the truth. I'm the leader of a Russian mafia group."

I watched as she blinked for a couple a minute, trying to process what I had just said, and then said. "Well, as long as you're happy with having that type of job. Then I have no problem with it. I'm happy as long as you're happy."

Confused a bit, I asked. "So, you don't care that I'm a Pakhan?"

"No." She said with a slight shake of her head.

"Phew. Thank God. I thought you would have me or dumped me or something. Hell, I thought you would even report me to the police department that you work for." I said as I breathed a sigh of relief.

"I would do that Draco. I care about you too much to do that to you." She said, grabbed me and pulled me down towards her and kissed me.

Finishing the kiss, I went to say something to her. Only to hear the sound of a speed boat racing close to my yacht, hearing gun fire and then feeling a burning pain in my shoulder. And I just knew that I had been shot. My only thought was Hailey and I threw my body on top of hers. Before the entire world went black.
