Jiyoung daydreaming again, waiting for Seonmi from the living room. Then JB called,

JB: Jiyoung?

Jiyoung: Yes?

JB: will you come here?

Jiyoung's wondering what'll JB will tell her.

JB: i'm in the coffee shop.

Jiyoung: o-okay.. i'm coming.

Jiyoung hang up the call. She's walking wonderingly..

What happened? He sounds so serious.

She arrived at the coffee shop, she saw JB already waiting.

"What happened? JB?" She was so worried. "J..Jiyoung, please stay strong." He started tearing up. "No JB why are you crying? Come on, let's go out." Jiyoung caressed him as they go outside.

They went in to a playground, with an overview of the city.

"I saw your stepmom." He said, his hands are shaking. He was too scared for Jiyoung.

Most of you guys might be wondering, what happened to DK, Jiyoung and their stepmother.

When Jiyoung and DK's mother died, their father already had a woman. It was actually on accident, but their dad decided to have another mother to take care of the kids.

But he was wrong, the woman turns out to be abusive.

And then one day, the woman, Kang Ri Hyun, was really mad about Jiyoung. It's because she had a really low score on Math, the reason was the day earlier of their exams is the day when her and Dokyeom's mom died.

She can't take the exam, as well as Dokyeom. Kang Ri Hyun's favorite is Dokyeom, and yes, favoritism.

Even Dokyeom hates her, but he has no choice.

So after yelling at Jiyoung, she abused her. She hit her with a belt, harder as she can. Dokyeom cried and tried to save Jiyoung, what Dokyeom did, he screamed. "Miss Kang Ri Hyun! You are not our mother! Stop hitting my sister! You're the worst mother ever!" Dokyeom held Jiyoung's hands and ran away, and went to their father. Dokyeom was the one who really cried hard, he just don't want to lose her sister, he already lost his mother.

"Dad... We don't want you anymore.." Dokyeom said, sobbing. "Don't worry kids, go stay with your aunt Yeonmi, here's the address." Their dad said secretly. Then the kids ran away.

Minutes later, "Where is Dokyeom? Where is my baby?" Ri Hyun screamed, "Ri Hyun, stop it. Leave them alone, they're still my children." Their Dad was angry.

"If that's the case, well if I meet them again, I'll go get Dokyeom, and leave Jiyoung, suffering to death." She added. Their dad slapped Ri Hyun, "You fucking bitch. This is the last time or else no money." He said.

And yes, Ri Hyun is a one gold digger. Their dad is doing these things for his children, so that Ri Hyun will stay away from them.

And the kids lived with their aunt, Yeonmi.

Present day-

"What if your stepmother sees the both of you?" Jaebum already cried, real men cry.

"That won't happen." Jiyoung said, acting strong. She's actually afraid. "Jiyoung, we can do this. Don't let Dokyeom caught by that crazy woman." He added.

They walked home, together. Jiyoung is feeling the cold~ atmosphere, hands are shivering.

Then suddenly, JB hugged her, tight.

"JB, i'm okay. I'll protect Dokyeom don't wo-,"

"You're shivering, I.. i have no coat."

Jiyoung's heartbeat is getting faster and faster, until JB can already see her hot cheeks. JB just giggled, Jiyoung can already feel his breath beside her face.

JB's been hugging Jiyoung until they got home. JB let go, and stood in front of Jiyoung, smiling.

"A while ago, you were crying. You cry like a baby!" she continued, "how cute."

JB's eye-smile appeared, making Jiyoung's cheeks hot. "Even if you don't cry, you still look like a baby." JB laughed, Jiyoung's cheeks got hotter and hotter and her heartbeat is getting faster and faster,

"Uhm.. hehe.. goodnight.. crybaby." She giggled. He replied, "Goodnight, my baby."
