"Shut up" Rustin mutter angrily, one hand resting on his extremely sore mouth. Though he had gotten the "invisible" braces, he refused to let his older brother see. Already thoroughly irritated with the taunting and the jokes.
"You shut it metal mouth." Mason chuckles, happily mocking his younger brother from the passenger seat. It was always great to have a new reason to pick on him, and braces?? Absolutely perfect.
"Be nice," Alex chimes, focused on driving. They were hardly even home from the dentist and they were already picking at one another.
"Lemme see themmmm" Liam giggles and whines, with Rustin covering his mouth he hadn't even gotten the chance to see what they looked like! He was eager to know what Mason was teasing Rusty about, then he could join in on the fun!
Rustin rolls his eyes angrily. He had begged his father for two weeks to not make him get braces. He was extra moody.
"Home." Alex smirks pulling into the driveway "Liam I need you to work on your spelling homework before dinner please okay bud?"
Liam nods, struggling with his seat belt, before Alex opened the car door and helped him to undo it. With Liam's right arm in a neon green cast, from wrist to elbow, the 8 year old needed extra help.
The poor kid had gotten a nasty break in his forearm, and would be forced to wear the cast for quite a few months.
Rustin was the first inside, and went straight to his room, slamming his door angrily, as most teens are accustom to doing in such distress. He refused to stay near his older brother and suffer any further teasing.
Mason smirks, dressed in black and grey joggers along with a navy blue muscle tank top, lightly tugged Liam's Pokémon ball briefs up out of his pants. It was only a slight wedgie, the leg holes didn't even show, but it was enough to make Liam yip and blush, struggling to fix his underwear with the cast limiting the function of his dominant hand.
"Ow!"
"Mason don't pick on him," Alex frowns, he wore a white t shirt and jeans, an extremely casual look compared to the rest of his wardrobe.
"It's funny watchin him try to fix it," Mason chuckles and messes his little brothers always messy hair.
Liam pouts and blushes, using both hands to fix the fabric as he walked inside, dressed in a white shirt with little green lizards all over it, and black shorts.
"It's not funny. Do it again and you're going to be walking around with your waistband on your forehead for the rest of the night." Alex frowns, lifting Brianna, who had been asleep since arriving at the dentist office, out of her car seat, carrying her inside.
The four year old was dressed in a white shirt with a gold heart on it, and pink leggings, her hair in a matching pink bow. Getting the boys everywhere, school, dentists, doctors, groceries, and visiting her grandma had taken up all her energy for the day.
"Yeah yeah," Mason chuckles, following them inside, seating himself on the couch, near where Alex set Liam up with his homework.
"I know it's hard to write buddy," Alex states, Brianna in one arm, while he leaned down and helped Liam to get the proper papers from his folder. "So I'm going to come help you in a bit so don't worry too much about how it looks okay? I just care about the spelling, I can help you write it neat after you spell them."
Liam bobs his head up and down, pouting a bit. He hated spelling homework even more than he hated MATH homework.
"Alright, get to it." Alex smiles, patting his son's back before heading upstairs to put his youngest child down for a quick nap before dinner.
