Blood! I smell blood, and a lot of it! Following the smell it it's getting stronger and stronger. Any vampire in the area will be coming here.

Stopping outside the house I grabbed I my gun, and climbed out of the car headed for the door. The door is wide open. "Hello? Is anyone home?" No answer. Stepping into the house, no vampires don't need permission to enter a house.

As soon as I walked in I'm hit by the smell. Looking around there's blood covering the living room! Then I saw them, two bodies, covered in blood. There both deceased, sighing I resumed my search.

It's faint, but still there, a heartbeat, stepping into the hall, a girl, she looks as though she's a teenager. Grabbing my phone. "Dad something's happened, I need a cleanup crew here immediately! There is a survivor. A teenage girl." I gave him the address. "There be there soon son. Keep the girl safe." "I'm bringing her home with me. I don't think it's safe for her to be her right now. I don't like the looks of whatever has happened here." "Good, then if that's the case, we need to keep her safe. I'll have the plane on the tarmac."

"Thank you dad." "Let me know if there is anything else you need." "I will." I hung up the phone, and started examining the rest of the house.

There's no signs of anything being taken, nor is there anyone else in the house.

Kneeling down next to the girl, she's beautiful. Picking her up I carried her upstairs, stopping at the door that says 'Elizabeth' smiling I stepped into the room, setting her down as gently as I can, checking her over, it's the girl I almost hit earlier.

She has some blood on her, a few cuts and bruises, a big cut on her face but otherwise I think she's okay.

I heard several cars pull up.

Closing the door I went down making sure I don't leave anything behind.

"We're here for cleanup." I nodded. "Come in, get to work. I want photos taken, and samples taken from everything, and all of it sent to me. After we're don here we call the cops, but one has to stay here to be a witness. Get to work."

Going back upstairs I went into her room. She's still unconscious; stepping into the bathroom I wet a cloth and started cleaning her up.

Grabbing a suitcase from her closet I started packing it for her, since its winter up there, she needs warm clothing. Jeans, sweaters, some warm shirts, a pair of boots and some runners.

Stepping up to her dresser I thought about going in there, but I can't do that.

"Olivia come up here please." I holler. "Yes sir." She asked stopping at her door. "I am packing a bag for her, and she needs those items. Would you mind?" She rolled her eyes opened a drawer, she pulled several items out, setting them in the bag.

She then went to the bathroom and pulled out some stuff for her.

"There you are. That should be everything you need." "Thank you. That's all for now."

She bowed and left the room. Picking up some personal items like photos, and things setting them in the bag.

Sitting on her desk is her back pack. Looking inside it's her school bag. Grabbing her computer, charger, phone and phone charger, setting them in her pack.

Grabbing a photo of her and her friends, I noticed a locket next to the photo, picking it up, it say "Love mom and dad." on the back. I managed to get it on her.

Stepping into the living room it looks like everyone is almost done. "Someone take these to my car please. How are things down here?" "We're almost done here sir. We'll be out of here it about ten minutes top. Everything will be transferred to you." Nodding. "Thank you. Finish up and call the cops." Walking upstairs, stepping into her room I picked her up, going back downstairs, cradling her to my chest. "Thank you all." I said.
