"I know you heard us talking." Folding my arms, glaring at her. She didn't say anything, just stared. The look of fear on her face. I'm not trying to scare her, I just want to know how much she heard. Moving towards her. "What did you hear?" "You all have been lying to me since I met you. Something about us being mates, I don't know what that means though."
I nodded, turning around; heading back to the living room. Slowly she started to follow me. As she walked in, mom and Brian looked at her.
"Darling I know you heard us talking, we will explain it all to you." My phone started ringing.
"Hey dad. Yeah.....we'll be there soon. Yeah we'll get some food. Bye." Pocketing my phone. "Dad's done with his stuff. He wants us to get food and head to the hotel." Mom nodded gathering the file.
"Gabriel Brian, put the bags in the car please. We'll be out there in a moment." I don't want to leave her with my mother, I don't know what she will say to her, but I can always listen in on their conversation, if need be. Tapping into moms mind, securing the link between us.
"Mom please be gentle with her. She has been through enough today. I beg of you."
"Don't worry my son. I just want to talk to her, make sure she's alright. And not about to freak out on us."
Sighing.
"She's important to me, I want to keep her safe."
"We will my son. Now off you both go. Leave us girls to talk."
Severing the bond, mom actually pushed us out the door with her bags in hand.
Taking one last look at Elizabeth before we walked out.
