Its weird being pushed around in a chair like this. It only happened one other time. When I was ten I fell out of a tree and broke my lag. I was in a cast for two months, and for a lot of that I was in a wheel chair. My parents waited on me hand and foot, until I could us the crutches.

I miss them so much!

I'm going home to claim their bodies and burry them. "It's okay hon. we will be with you every step of the way." Wait! Did she just? "Yes hon. we can read minds. Don't be scared. Nothing will happen to you." We resumed walking down the hall, on each side there's doors, each one has a name and number on it. "What are these?" I asked holding the locket, my parents gave me. "Everyone that lives here gets their own apartment. This is the housing level." I nodded still very much so confused. We lapsed into silence while we walked to the elevator. Brian the one who doesn't say much pressed the up button, and everyone visibly tensed, as the doors opened; everyone sighed in relief; the elevators empty.

"Are you afraid of others seeing me?" Pandora knelt down beside me. "Sweaty, you being here, it complicated things. Humans don't really stay here. It's to keep them safe. Some of the vampires here, all they see humans as is food. When we get back we will take care of this. Things will be okay." We climbed in, and hit one of the buttons. He hit one that says parking garage. That's odd.

Each button says something different.

Apartments, where we just came from, then there's training room, office, and conference rooms. Entertainment, main level, and one at the bottom that doesn't say anything on it. How odd. The door opened to the parking garage, there are a ton of cars, and we stopped at a large black S.U.V the others loaded up while Gabriel helped me into the car. Uther and Pandora got in the front, Brian climbed into the second row of seats behind us. As we drove out, a door opened to the outside world.

"Just relax, we'll have you home soon." Soon enough Uther stopped a short distance from a jet at the local airport. Gabriel helped me out of the car, trying not to hurt me. "You can let me down; I think I can walk."

Instead of answering, he carried me bridal style into the plane, setting me down on the couch. "I have to go talk to the pilot, I won't be a moment." He left me alone on the couch until the other came in with our bags, and the cooler. "Everyone buckle in, it's time to take off." Gabriel said as he sat next to me, and we started down the runway. As we took off I closed my eyes, and held my breath. "It's okay Elizabeth." He whispered. I felt him pull me closer, holding me tight. After a few moments, a loud speaker making me jump.

"Ladies and gentlemen you are now free to move about the cabin. Sit back and relax, and we'll have you there soon. Just sit back and enjoy the flight." Gabriel let go of me, got up grabbed something from his bag, and grabbed the cooler he packed for us.
"I wasn't sure what to make, so we got sandwiches and salads and things." He kept naming stuff as he pulled it from the cooler. "I'll have the chicken and mac and cheese please." He handed it to me smiling, along with a large bottle of water; telling me to empty it by the time we land.

Sitting next to me, he's holding a folder and notebook in hand.

It's not so much the notebook, it's the folder he's holding, red and black; the same kind my paper for class is in.

"Why do you have that?"

He gave me a smile handing them over. "I found it in your school bag. I hope you don't mind, but I read it." Shocked, I don't know what to say. "Don't worry. I thought it was amazing." Opening it, I looked at the pages.

"I'm sorry but what story are we talking about here?" Brian asked setting his food down; I can feel my cheeks heating.

"It's just something I wrote for English class." Kneeling in front of me, he put his hand on it. "May I read it?" Not looking at any of them.

"I don't know. It might upset all of you. And that's the last thing I want to do. You all have been so good to me." "Honey I'm sure it's nothing that will upset us. Gabriel you read it, did it upset you in any way?" Shaking his head. "No mom. In fact it's the opposite, come let them read it." Yeah you say that now. Thinking it, I'm sure they heard it.

Sighing, I reluctantly handed it over to Brian.

He settled back into his seat, smiling like he just won the lottery or something. Taking a bite of his food he opened the folder, well here goes nothing.

"Marriage Of The Vampire Princess."

He said aloud, and started reading it to us. I put a fake smile on my face, listening to him read.
