Trying to keep it a secret between the girls

The whole room was in complete silence , it felt as if non of the boys was going to move a muscle until somebody explained what was going on.

"So what is going on , why are Luisa and Kirstie doing here". Tristan asks calmly.

"I told you , they were coming over for a catch up and chat". Sophie says calmly trying not to give  anything away.

"Well it seems as if you have gone over the catch up point and are arguing with one another , what is going on Soph"? Tristan asks feeling confused.

" Could we go somewhere else and talk about this , please"? Sophie asks wanting to get out of there.

"No whatever is going on can be said in front of the boys "! Tristan shouts.

" Please "! Sophie shouts back.

"Guys stop shouting , I will explain it to you ". Luisa explains.

"Do not tell them the real story". Kirstie whispers in her ear.

"Trust me I wont". Luisa replies back .

"So what is going on then babe , I am just as confused as Tristan is right now". Connor asks.

"We were arguing about the gender of the baby "! Luisa lies.

"Really , you guys were arguing about the gender , we are still way too early to know the gender , is that seriously the only thing you were arguing about Soph"? Tristan asks Sophie.

"Yes , it sounds so silly now but that is what we were arguing about". Sophie says trying to get away with the real truth.

" You guys might be falling for this but I am not , Tristan do you seriously believe that they put all of anger on the gender of the baby"? James says.

"What do you mean"? Tristan asks.

"I think they are lying to us about it , that is what I think"!  James saying staring at Kirstie and the rest of the girls.

" Are you lying to me Sophie"? Tristan questions.

Before Sophie had the chance to speak Kirstie got involved.

"Why would we lie to you"! Kirstie tells them trying to cover the truth up.

"Maybe because when you lie you play with your ring Kirstie and that is what you are doing right now"! James shouts back.

"So that could mean anything "! Luisa gets involved trying to help Kirstie out.

"Why are you getting involved "! James shouts at Luisa.

Because I am not going to let you shout at your girlfriend as if it is all of her fault and that she deserves it , Me and Sophie were involved too you know"! Luisa shouts back.

"Well I am not talking to you , just shut  and let me talk to Kirstie"! James says 

"Hey dont talk to her like that"! Connor shouts pushing James onto the couch.

Before a fight began between James and Connor brad helped James up and got between them both.

" Guys just stop please , we are all meant to be best mates and we are acting like animals against each other , what ever is going on we can handle it together but no more violent and horrible business against each other please"! Brad says letting go of them both.

"Brad is right okay , me, Luisa and kirstie did argue but I promise you that it was about the gender and if you guys dont believe us that is fine but can we just ignore that this happened and get on with our lives". Sophie says pleading them to forget it so she did not have to lie about it anymore today.
