Chasing Snow- Chapter 11

"Ivry, calm down," My grandmother said.
"How can I be calm when my baby girl is missing?" I yelled.
"You can start by taking a breath and going to sleep," Adam said with a yawn.
"I will not sleep until my daughter is out of that hell hole and back here," I said with authority as I spun on him and jabbed my finger in his face.
"The only person that I know of that has been to hell and back is Lily of the Cilius clan. She can get you in and out of that place. Luckily the Cilius clan is one of the places Demetrius has to go to get allies for this war." My grandmother stated.
"Well we have to go there now," I growled.
"You'll need a vampire to take you. They don't take to kindly to werewolves," She said. "Go get your stuff and I will have get vampire to come with you."
I nodded then ran out the front gates and shifted into my wolf and we ran off through the forest. I arrived at the house after what seemed like an eternity and shifted back into a human then ran in my house and packed my bag. I grabbed my keys and unlocked the garage and saw my truck. 'Come to mommy, baby.' I thought as I walked up to it I put my back in back of the truck. I drove it out of the garage and saw my grandmother talking to a vampire. I had no idea how they got here so fast. They came up to me and my grandmother said, "Mark will talk you to the clan, but you must get there soon."
"Mark just put your stuff in the back of the truck and hop in. Don't worry about time I'm about to go over a hundred all the way there." I said and Mark jumped in the truck.
"I'll tell you where to go," He said as he put on his seatbelt.
I took off out our driveway leaving my grandmother behind. I loved the woman but I was infuriated with her. She had sent Demetrius away and if he was still here maybe all of this wouldn't have happened. We were on the high way and speeding around traffic. I saw Mark tapping his fingers on his leg and I sped up faster. I need my daughter back,' I thought, 'I'm getting her back one way or another.'
"Slow down," Mark said.
"My daughter was taken from me. Right now, slowing down isn't an option," I said sternly.
"Okay," He said as he grip tightened around the handle above the car door. "We are coming up on the exit we need to go too soon."
"Already? Earlier you said it would probably take all night plus some of the morning." I said as I slowed down looking for the exit.
"Well that was before I realized how fast you would be driving down the highway." Mark said as he loosened his grip. "We are lucky you didn't get pulled over by the cops."
"Even if we did you could have used your vampire eye trick to send him away. Where's the exit?" Mark shook his head and replied, "Not the next exit, but the one after."
We stopped by the nearest hotel and checked into two different hotel rooms. We were both on the sixth floor, and after we entered our rooms the first thing I did was jump into the shower. After wasting an hour in the burning hot water I got dressed in pajama shorts and a thin long sleeve gray t-shirt. I heard a knock at the door and I got up off the bed and walked over to the door.
"Hey can I come in? I figured that we would talk about how to get on the base?" he asked and I let him come in.
I sat on the bed, then was pushed on the bed to lie down. Mark hovered over top of me and he put his hand over my mouth. I struggled to get out of his grasp; he kissed my neck and tore my cloths into pieces. I lay there in just my bra and underwear screaming my head off for him to let me go and he said, "You drive fast, do you like this fast too?" That's when I heard the door bust open.
"Get. You're. Hands. Off. Of. Her." I heard a deadly deep voice growl as smoke filled the room, I recognized that voice anywhere.
Lucas got Mark off of me and beat the crap out of him as Demetrius held me and I curled into his chest. Letting a few tears out I curled up even closer to him if that was even possible.
"Where is Payton?" He asked and I couldn't hold back tears.
"Zoey took her. I have to go the Cilius base and find this Lily girl because she is the only one who can take me to the underworld," I said crying even harder. I felt Demetrius's grip tighten around me and I felt an ominous strength flow off of him. I didn't care at the moment, I needed his strength.
