annie took a short, warm shower. she loved warm showers, she found them calming. it was helpful since her life would be stressful over just liking hayden. she knew she was acting horrible towards lauren before, but it was kind of an instinct when you love someone so much. although, she had already accepted the fact that he didn't like her. and she was completely okay with it, and all she wanted was to be best friends with him since that's what made him happy.
once she stepped out of the bathroom, she received a text message from hayden.

annie waited on her bed for hayden. after a couple of minutes, she saw a small, red ball going onto her window. everyone knew who owned that red ball— hayden!
annie opened her window to see hayden there standing.
"come on down!" he yelled, smiling.
"i'll be there in a sec!" she replied, running downstairs.
once she finally arrived down, she and hayden took some pictures around town.
