hayden and mackenzie were chilling in mackenzie's room. she was seated on her bed while he was eating pretzels on her rug.
"spill little lady." hayden commanded as kenzie fiddled with her fingers nervously.
"i basically told him all my feelings and how i was pregnant with his baby, and that my sister needed me." she said quickly and rapidly, looking down at her hands.
"wait, why does your sister need you? that seems unrelated to the situation." hayden wondered.
"maddie was picking me up from their place and i told him right before i boarded the car.." she started off nervously.
"damn, kz!" hayden said.
then, one of the windows in kenzie's room revealed a car pulling up in front of her house. in their onesies, hayden and kenzie rushed down the stairs.
melissa had already opened the door, smiling at a couple of faces. kenzie and hayden followed behind, seeing nadia, darius, brynn, carson, and annie.
"hi! we just wanted to drop off these cookies for you, and say that if you have a doctor's appointment today, we can come and accompany you." nadia said happily, handing a tray of freshly baked cookies to kenzie.
"thanks, and that would be really nice to you. thank you so much." kenzie smiled as everyone stepped in, proceeding to the living room.
"where's lauren?" hayden asked as everyone looked at him teasingly. "and johnny..."
"johnny said that he needed to do some errands and lauren came along with him to help." brynn replied.
"what errands?" kenzie questioned, concerned.
"we don't know, but it seemed to be really important." annie stated.
"it probably is. johnny barely ever does errands." carson chuckled as everyone else did too.
"the doctor's appointment is at 10:30. i should probably not be in a onesie." kenzie giggled.
"me too." hayden said as kenzie and hayden left the group in the living room and proceeded to different bathrooms. a couple of minutes later, they both came back.
