My mom dropped me and my brother off at school. Once our mother bid us goodbye and we went off the car, Zac was greeted by a group of jocks. Probably his old friends. I just left him tree and went on to school. I entered school and the first thing I did was look for my friends. Or just friend. I walked around the hall and searched for Gordon. I spotted him by the lockers and approached him.

"Hey Gordon." I greet him.

"Oh hey..." he said but he didn't look at me. He had his gaze somewhere else. I looked at what he was looking at. He was looking at the cheerleader clique. Why would he be looking at them?

"Hey Gordon, why are you perving on the cheerleaders so early I'm the morning?" I asked him.

He turn his head to me and scoffed. "No, no I'm not..." He said in an uneasy tone.

I cocked my eyebrow. "Really?" I mocked him. He just rolled his eyes an ignored me. His look went back to the cheerleaders. I decided to just look at whoever he was looking at. I saw that he was looking at this cheerleader with brunette hair. She was laughing at something this blonde girl said. I then recognized the girl, her name was Rosemary. I remembered that she used to be the girl who wore these braces and was once stuck in a classroom for an hour or two in the 6th grade. And now she's a cheerleader. I guess people drastically change when they're in high school. I just told Gordon that I'll be heading off to class and he just kept on looking at Rosemary and groaned a reply.

I went to my first class was science, everyone seemed to already be in their seats so I took a seat at the back, near the window. I went to my seat as I ignore the looks from people as I try to excuse myself. I finally sat down on my seat and just waited for my teacher. He came in a few minutes later and introduced himself. He then started to talk about what we expect to learn this year when a girl came in with books and things falling from her hands.

"I'm sorry I'm late." The girl muttered. The teacher just nodded and told her something about not coming in late again. She went to the vacant seat beside me and sat down. She dropped most of her stuff causing the class to snicker. I helped her pick up some of her books and gave them to her when I noticed something. It was that girl from my neighborhood, how could I not notice her dark hair and her pale complexion. I handed her books to her and she muttered a thanks. She didn't look at me any further and listened to the teacher. I guess she didn't recognize me. Maybe she did but she couldn't care less. I kept on glancing at her but she doesn't seem to notice. I even pretended to drop my pencil and picked it up so that she would notice me but she didn't. The bell rung and all the students started to rush out of class. The girl packed up her things and  went out as well. I wanted to walk up to her and just introduce myself but I didn't. If my brother Zac were in my place, he'd definitely try to befriend this girl. I saw her go out of the classroom and left. I just left too, I guess I won't be talking to her anytime sooner.

The day went by fast and before I knew it, it was already last period. Yes!, I thought. I wanted to get out of here wer since I walked in to school. I already hated the first day of school. The jocks were rowdy and the "way more popular" girls were already tormenting their first predator. I overheard the cheerleaders talking about how this one girl and how they heard that she was pregnant. Of course, I couldn't care less and people should just mind their own business and jut shut up (Also, guys should just keep whatever is in their pants before something bad happens).

I was looking at the clock while my teacher discussed. It was already 5 minutes to 4. I couldn't wait to get out already. I was tapping my pencil and eagerly watched the clock tick. I just wanted to get out and leave. And at last, the bell finally ring and everyone jolted out of class. I gathered all my things while the classroom emptied. My teacher was leaving the classroom so I was the only one left. I was about to leave when this student came in. I just ignored him as he did whatever. It looks like he forgot something in this class.

"Can I help you?" I asked the boy when he liked up at me.

"Sorry, I think I left my notebook here when I was here a--" he stopped talking when he looked at me. I was gawking at him as well because I didn't expect him to be here, the brown haired guy from my neighborhood. Ven's brother. We were just looking at each other in the eye. He then looked away blushing, he was red as a tomato. I think I was blushing too. Maybe to was because I embarrassed myself once again in front of my best friends brother. Ugh, I just wanted to crawl into a howl and die. I guess there's no backing out now is there?

"Oh I think I saw a notebook by my teachers desk." I said pointing to the notebook on the floor.

He just went there and retrieved it. "Uh, t-thanks." he got his notebook and went to the door. I sighed out of relieved jus as he was going to open the door but it didn't open. He twisted the knob again and again but it did not open. He slowly turned to me and said something....

"Uh, sorry but we're locked inside..."
