This scene begins with the soldiers preparation for the war. Phineas brings out some relevance in this scene. He plays out as a representative for peace whilst against Emmanuella's regime. In later sequences, Emmanuella portraits the very reason for her empire renegade.
Jorel : Soldiers!!!
Soldiers : h'ey!!
Jorel : soldiers !!!
Soldiers : h'ey!!
Jorel : On this very moment, today, you are training to fight for your families, your farms, your livestock and your lives. we are not just fighting for Anila, but for the whole Sidone colony. Orders have come from the Queen and the prince of Anila. it is with great sacrilege that i welcome our majesty and our emperors to address you all. Soldiers, the Prince.
Lionel : What makes you enjoy your houses? what makes you cherish your children? what makes you enjoy your families? That is the same spirit we need to battle with for the four heavens are a massive threat to our existence. when my father died in his mode of retribution, he cautioned that he'd rather die first before everyone else. He said that because he was scared and thus he let it slide underneath the very important thing a King should possess, bravery and courage. Jorel : You have heard from us representatives, of the remaining clans of Sidone please we connote our allegiance and support your kindness to donate all necessary arms and weapons needed to finish this story at a peaceful one. Soldiers!!! We fight, for our lives, for our empire and for Serdia!!!
Representatives : We have come together and we have met to form an alliance to form a colony that could withstand the oppression from the Four heavens but before we could positively react to attack on Sidonea, it was brought to a rather abolished failure. Emmanuella is a tactical and strong emperor. It is unthinkable to speak on my part that we could stand a chance but we have to risk it, we have to risk everything. All of the remaining clans of Sidone, hereby pledge their full support, and we'll send their troops in the next four days. With this i surrender accolade to my King and the rest of the bodies that are able to fight this war. May we be successful.
(Soldiers murmur)
Jorel : Silence!!! the Queen is about to speak.
Agada : It is most unfortunate that the colony's sent such an imbecile like you to stand at face with an army like this without coordinating yourself at maximum courtesy. How dare you speak before us and do not tell your name.
Representative : It is with great displeasure that my queen, i refuse to let my name known because i will not be of any need to this army if i tell them but of an even greater need if i prove myself worthy of standing before them with purpose and due responsiveness if i return with this great news.
Agada: With respect to our tradition and our culture i beg that you reveal to us your name.
Representative : My name is not important, all you should know is that i am a representative and i will have to return as soon as possible to get this news to the rest of the colonies so that they will understand the basics and tactical approach to the war ahead.
Cornelius : We demand to know your identifications.

Guards : My Queen, master Phineas took excuse some days ago to pay attention to some friends in the East.

The only objection i have to your sovereignty is just this great war that will destroy many people's properties and even worse take their lives.
Emmanuella : Where did you go?
Phineas : I went to visit the foreign lands in search of worthy threats, but i found none.
Emmanuella : You lie Phineas, and you make me feel sick!!!
Phineas : Your highness, you do not understand what is going to be of this great war. I see death, i see pain, i see tears and i know that you really want to prove yourself as emperor..
Emmanuella : seize! seize! seize it Phineas don't you ever speak of Crotches cause you never knew what he went through. (Her eyes start to darken and shades of black filaments vaporize from her hands)

Phineas: I apologize my Queen...but we are expecting no battles from the south regions of Serdia, so we could rethink our decision of attack and stick to our plans. There is no need to rush.
Emmanuella : Yes, we will attack their colony and let them know that there is much more they cannot handle. The four heavens was designed to expose those threats and destroy them. So that they understand the reason for what probes my vengeance.
