Kaito swirls his spear around as he stabs two of the mercenaries close to him.
Shuichi has a bit more of a difficult time as two fighters try to slice him to bits with their axes. Shuichi rolls over as one of them throws their axe to the ground. He quickly runs to make some distance between the three and then quickly cast his wind magic, where he managed to kill one of them, but missed the other one.
"DIE!!!" The surviving fighter yelled as he charges at Shuichi.
"SHUICHI!" Kaede shouted as she flies to his aid and strikes down the fighter with her spear.
"GAH!" The fighter screamed before he lays down on the ground, died.
"Thanks, Kaede," Shuichi thanked her.
"No problem," Kaede replied.
Shuichi looks behind her and saw two arrows aiming at her.
"LOOK OUT!!!!" Shuichi shouted out loud.
"Eep!" Kaede shrieked as she moves out of the way of the arrows while Shuichi uses his wind magic to blow those arrows away. "Thanks!"
"You welcome," Shuichi replied as he readies himself against the two archers.
As the two was about to shoot again, a throwing knife strikes one of the archers' hip, killing him instantly and then, Kirumi stabs the archer with her other knife.
"Miss Kaede, are you okay?!" Kirumi quickly asked her.
"I'm fine, Kirumi," Kaede responded.
"Good," Kirumi replied as she punches a mercenary who was about to kill her from the back with his sword. She pushes her knife into his chest.
"Gah!" The dying mercenary shouted before he dies.
"Come on, let's keep going!"
"Damn it all!" The leader swore as he blocks one of Kokichi's attacks. "JUST DIE, YOU COCKROACH!"
"Ha ha ha! Nope!" The prince replied as soon as he dodges the leader's axe, then Kokichi swept the leader's leg, making him fell on his back, and then the prince pointing his sword at him, "Now... how about you tell us where's Junko going to... if you value your life, that is..."
"...I-I don't know!" The leader panicked, "S-She never told me! But... I can let you take the three girls we kidnapped!"
"...Oh fine!" Kokichi shrugged, then stabs him in the stomach, killing him instantly. "There... now he wouldn't be able to surprise attack us..."
Kaito finishes it off with the last fighter and puts his spear away along with the others doing the same.
"Milord, he said something about three girls," Kirumi told him, "I strongly believe those three girls are in the carriage,"
She points at the carriage, where the group went up to the carriage and opens the back... finding the three girls tied up...
