Chapter 4: The festival [edited]

~WHOOOOO 2ND ONE TODAY MAMA'S ON A ROLL!!!!~

Sakura, Ino, Hinata, Temari and I all walked to the heart of the festival and the Fifth was there and thankfully she just finished her speech.

I wore a deep navy blue kimono with pink Sakura blossoms on the sleeves and bottom, my obi was a lime green with a strip of white in the middle. I had a japanese fan with the same pattern as my kimono. My hair was simply pulled into 2 high pig tails, but my hair was so long that it still reached past my elbows, and my bangs were straightened and styled so that they flipped inward, framing my face.

Ino wore a light purple kimono with red and blue flowers scattered over the bottom and sleeves, her obi was a navy blue that brought out her eyes. Her hair, which usually was in a high pony-tail, was fishtailed braided down her back, and her bangs were curled into a single ringlet and was pulled back elegantly with a light blue sparkly clip. She was carring around her mothers scarlet red chinese hand fan, in gold there was swirls on the outside and when she opened it showed a fierce dragon.

Sakura wore a dark purple kimono with tiny bright pink and green flowers dotted all over, she wore a deep brown long swearter. Her obi was light pink that matched the flowers woven into her hair, which was curled into a head full of tiny curls. Two minutes of walking in her sandels Sakura ripped them off and walked around bare foot.

Hinata wore a pretty periwinkle kimono, with teeny tiny deep blue sparkles all over, her obi was lime green matching her japanese hand fan. I wanted her to wear a bright orange kimono but she insisted on the periwinkle on. Since she had such short hair it was hard for me to style it, but I took the 2 strands of hair that frame her face and I curled them into loose ringlets, and I teased the back of her short hair so that it stuck out in the cutest way, I put a bright orange headband behind her bangs, the headband had a orange rose glued onto it.

"Hinata, I kinda wish you'd grow your hair out, you'd look so goregous, and I could style your hair so many ways!" I said will we walked around checking out the boothes, then I turned to Sakura, "I really wish you hadn't cut yours too." I pouted.

"What's your obsession with long hair?" Ino joked around, elbowing me in my side.

My face dropped and darken, I looked to the ground, "My mom always had long hair...." I murmured

"Oh...." Ino said, patted my back, before pulling me into a side hug.

"I'd love to grow my hair out! how do you grow yours so fast and keep it healthy!" Hinata said, smiling at me brightly.

"Well the trick is to eat a lot of vitamin B....." I talked a while longer before we got distracted by the festival.

We roamed the stores and played thousands of games. Sakura and Ino won a bunch of prizes. Hinata even won some and I didn't win any.

"Aw poopie crackers...This sucks..." I groaned.

I continued to stare longingly at a cute doggie on the stand and I really wanted it. I tried really hard but I really was no good at games. I sighed and finally decided to give up. I saw the host of the game take the cute doggie and gave it to this man. I sighed and dropped my head in defeat. I was about to turn around when tapped me on my shoulder. I slowly turned around and saw that the 'man' turned out to be Sasuke.

"I noticed that you really wanted this so....here."

He gave me the doggie and I just stood there...completely shocked. Sasuke walked off and I quickly shook of my shock. I ran to Sasuke and grabbed his arm, before I realized what i was doing it was already too late. Sasuke turned around and looked at ME.
