****UNKNOWNS POV****

I carefully made my way out the back door, being careful not to leave any handprints on the silver door knob. I glanced down at my watch.

"Shit." I muttered to myself. It was already 2:30. Kayla was already off of work. I had planned on going over to her place earlier tonight, but the killing had taken longer then expected. I could just go over there tomorrow anyway.

I walked up the long driveway, not worried about sneaking back into the woods, since it was pitch black outside. Thankfully there were no neighbors as well. The only light being visible was the one shining up from my watch, and the light coming from the full moon up in the dark sky.

All of a sudden I heard what sounded like a truck pulling in. I decided to ignore the sound, as I continued walking. I caught sight of bright headlights coming my way. It was a truck that I had heard! I made a dash for the woods, hoping to not be seen by whoever was driving.

I watched as the truck continued to make its way down the driveway. I had to hurry and get back to my truck, I knew whoever it was would definitely call the police once they see the dead body.

I sprinted all the way back to my truck, the only light I could use came from the tiny screen of my phone. I tripped and ran into a few branches before finally reaching my truck.

Before stepping into my vehicle, I could of swore I heard the faint sound of a mans shriek. Then it came to me as I shut the door behind me. The man was the gingers fiance. I felt the lines in my forehead crease, as I became more and more angrier with myself.

How could I let myself get so sloppy?! Why didn't I wait for the soon-to-be husband to get home and kill them both?! I kept on asking myself the same questions, as I continued to drive home.

I heard the sound of sirens as lights began to flash in my rear view mirrors. I pulled over to the side, letting the ambulance and police cars pass.

My heart began to speed up. I was getting more nervous by the second, but it wasn't like the police would catch me. Would they? I worried myself all the way to my house.

I stepped out of my truck and trudged up the steps leading to my doorway. I reached under my door may for my house key. I then attempted to unlock the door, but being the nervous wreck I was, it took five minutes before I was finally able to open it.

I stepped out of my suede shoes and traveled to my bathroom. I looked in the bathroom mirror. I was horrified at what I seen.

My eyes had dark purple bags underneath them from my lack of sleep. My face and neck were covered in whiskers. I couldn't even remember the last time I had shaved.

I ran my hands across the prickly surface, and began to mindlessly scrape the remains of dried blood from my face, that had splattered onto it earlier. I took one last look in the mirror before taking my clothes off and soaping up in a nice hot shower.

I dried my body off and put a pair pajama pants on. I didn't put a shirt on, leaving my bare hairy chest in the open. I looked in the mirror once again, before opening the door.

I managed to look some-what better, but not really. My once sweaty, black hair was now wet and smelt like AXE shampoo. The splatters of blood on my face were no longer visible. Also, my blood stained hands were now back to normal. Pale and cracked, from being so dry.

I opened the door and made my way into the living room, to the table where I had laid my watch at. It was now a little past five in the morning.

"Another sleepless night." I mumbled to myself as I made my way downstairs. I was surprised to see Marty, my assistant, still awake. He had his face glued to a computer screen. He glanced up at me as I sat down at y desk.

"Where have you been?" He asked.

"I was busy" I replied. Not really wanting to talk.

"Doing what?" Questioned Marty. He wasn't going to give up until I finally told him.

"I killed someone" I replied not showing any sign of emotion in my face.

His eyes bugged out of his head and his mouth flung open. "What the hell boss! You know I'm supposed to be the one doing the killing!" Marty stated, raising his voice with every word.

He was right. Ever since the incident were I almost got busted, we had agreed that he would be the only one that did any of the 'dirty work.' I looked down at a sheet of paper and begun to doodle. I felt stupid for my careless mistake.

"I know, I just slipped up." I said with guilt, not looking up from my notebook on my desk.

He rolled his eyes and went upstairs. About midway up he called back over his shoulder, "I'm going to bed, goodnight Tom."

I continued to mindlessly doodle random drawings for about five minutes, before I decided that I should try and get some shut-eye as well.
