10-29-2016: the day my life changed. The day where the love of my life asked me to be his girlfriend. That day I didn't know what the future for us was. I didn't know how long I'd be with you or how our relationship would turn out. I always had dreams and hoped that one day I would be your wife and have your children and possibly mean the world to you. I never knew it would come true. We went through a lot as a couple. We fought, we argued, we said harsh words, but that's what all couples do. But I'll tell you one thing, I know you're love for me is real because you never laid your hands on me. And you never took your anger out and called me out my name. You removed yourself, you said sorry, not just a "I'm sorry." But you explained yourself to me. You expressed why you were sorry. There's much more to say. But you're going to have to wait until the real day.
Destiny POV
I put Michaela down and walked to the refrigerator. Today was a special day also known as my anniversary with my baby. I had a few surprises for him and I was excited to show him. He was currently at work and of course I was off today. The kids were at school except Josiah and Michaela.
I grabbed Michaela's juice and poured it in her cup. I sighed and walked to my room with her on my tail. Josiah was in his room watching tv, so i wasn't worried about him at the moment.
"You gonna let your momma do anything today?"
"No."
"Cmon chaela. Mommy has a lot of stuff to get ready before your daddy come home with your brother and sister. Can you at least sit on the couch and play with my phone until I'm done?"
She made a sad face that made me sigh.
"Ughhh... Michaela. Why are you sooo spoiled? You wanna go to the park?"
"Yes Mommy."
"Ok good. When I finish this you can go to the park. Ok?"
"Ok."
"Now go lay in Mommy's bed while I set this up."
"Ok."
As soon as I found the key to Nicolas's man cave the doorbell rung. I let my head fall back and I sighed. I looked through the peephole and opened the door.
"Good afternoon, are you Destiny?"
"Yes."
"You ordered the bowling alley, correct?"
"Yes! Come on in."
He walked in along with his boys and the bowling equipment. We walked to his man cave and I unlocked the door.
"You can set it up along the wall. Would y'all like some water?"
"No thank you. We'll be done in thirty minutes."
"Alrighty."
I walked back into the kitchen and finished the decorations. Since the kids had school tomorrow, we had to keep our stuff in the bedroom. I walked into Josiah's room to check on him. He was watching tv. Nothing new.
"Josiah. Put your shoes on so we can go to the mall."
"Yes ma'am."
I walked downstairs where Michaela was and put her shoes on. The men came out of the man cave and called my name. I walked to the living room and saw them about to leave.
"We're done."
"Ok thank you. How much?"
"1,350.45"
"Jesus! Here you go."
I shut the door and locked it before grabbing my purse and phone. The twins and I got into the car and drove off to the mall.
