Jacob POV

After getting in the house late this morning, I figured that I needed to start spending more time with my children, being in the game can take a lot of time away from your family so I decided to take a day or two off just so I could spend more time with my son (5 years-old) and my baby girl (3 years-old). "Hey lil man" I said to my son "Hi dad" he said smiling, he so hyper about going to spend time with his dad "Guess what, today I'm taking you, mommy, and Gia to Chuck E. Cheese's and then later we going to McDonald's" his face lit up with excitement "Yaaaaaaayyyyy" he said and rain up to Faith "Jay, why is he so wired up?" she asked carrying Gia down the stairs I could sense that there was tension because the way she was speaking but I brushed it off "Daddie say he gone take me you and G-G to Chuck E. Cheese and then we go to McDonald's" he said jumping up and down "Well well well, look who decided to be a family man, three words Jay IT'S ABOUT TIME" she said rolling her eyes putting G-G in her high chair to feed her "Well good morning to you too my queen" I said blowing her a kiss "Good morning, how did you sleep...if you got any" she mumbled the last part I walked over to her and pretended to fix her necklace and choked her up "You better stop playing with me, it ain't nothing for me to take these kids to my parent's house or my auntie house" I said raising my eyebrow "Well shit forgive me for caring" she said walking off I ran after her "What is that even supposed to mean?" I said "It's cool" she said I swear she is such a character but I got to love her. After eating breakfast and getting all dressed up, we headed out for our family day, but Faith was silent the entire car ride so I figured that she was upset about something but I decided to just talk to her when the children were asleep because I didn't want the day to get ruined before it even started. I don't know why Faith is upset but I'll get to the bottom of it I thought to myself. 

Faith POV

Jacob got in the house late last night and I was just worried about him, like he didn't tell me that he was coming home late and he hadn't texted me all day so I was confused as to why he expected me to be all excited about a "family day" I mean don't get me wrong it's good to see him spending time with the kids but at the same time, I just need him to communicate more, I don't want to seem like I'm nagging him or anything but I'll just wait for tonight to tell him about how I'm feeling. The tension in the car was so heavy "Somebody's silent today" he said looking at me "Thanks for taking the children out" I said "Look daddie there go Chuck E. Cheese" Hezekiah said getting hyper in the back seat" Gia started giggling, both of my babies are so happy I though to myself  "Make sure you don't run off when we get in here, and if you have to use the bathroom ask daddy to take you" I said "Okay mommie, is G-G gonna do anything?" he asked I laughed "Well me and G-G are gonna be sitting down and we will be holding all the tickets you guys win" I said smiling "Okay, come on let's have a race" he said "Here I'll tell you what, you and daddy can race and whoever holds the door for me and G-G gets a kiss" I said Jacob's eyes lit up "Alright well before we go inside, Ky (Hezekiah's nickname) let me tie your shoe" Jacob said. Of course since the "winner" won a kiss Jacob helped Hezekiah hold the doors, he is a hot mess. "Mommie me and daddie both won, so who gets the kiss?" Ky said "Both of you get a kiss" I said laughing "Yeah, you better keep your end of the bargain up" Jacob said winking "Jay, please stay with him and don't let him out of your sight" I said "Don't worry, if it becomes too much then I can take G-G out of your hands too" he said reaching for her "That's if she even wants to go with you" I said being petty "Da-Da" she said reaching for him "Well fine then, but Jay I swear you better keep an eye on my babies" I said "I won't let nothing happen to them or you, I'm a protector" he said "Alright whatever" I said "Baby, just go sit at a booth and relax, you get to eat food" he said I smiled and sat at the booth. While I was sitting at the booth and I heard a familiar voice coming from behind me I looked around to see my old high school friend Michelle and she appeared to have a baby and she was married. I walked over to her and spoke "Well well well, if it isn't Michelle" she turned around and smiled "Ohhhhh my goodness" she said "It's been so long, how have you been" I asked "Well, I broke up with old dude, and found me someone solid and real ya know, and I'm happily married, his name is Michael and I have a beautiful daughter named Taji girl you know how I always wanted my kids to have unique names" she said "Awww thats's cute, and congratulations on your marriage, girl I left Isaiah's sorry ass about eleven years ago, him and cherish was creeping and then I met the man of my dreams which is over there with our children" I said realizing that spending time with my family was the best part of everything "Girl I could have told you not to let Cherish get too close to him, you remember how she was in high school, how all yo boyfriends tried to talk to her or ended up smashing her" she said "Yeah I was too blind to see that shit" I said "Well, me and Tyler was trying to tell you about that shit but you just didn't listen, how is she anyways?" she asked "She is doing great, she is settled down as hard as it is to believe and she has a little boy and a baby on the way" I said smiling "Am I hearing correctly, Tyler settled down" she laughed. After sitting down catching up and reminiscing with Michelle we exchanged numbers and planned a girl's day with Tyler just so we could all catch up on old times and regain connections. We finally did the token thing and won prizes for the children then we headed to McDonald's.
