Faith POV

It is now Friday and I still can't believe that Jacob has forgotten about my birthday and our anniversary but hey it's life. I overheard the girls talking about this Nappily Ever After movie on Netflix so I am going to invite them over for a movie night so we can watch this movie and discuss our thoughts about it. I called Tyler and had her help spread the word to the girls, this is gonna be great for me because I really need to take my mind off of this whole Jacob situation. I sent the children with their grandparents for the weekend, and Jacob has been staying with Tony and Tyler and honestly I can't lie I miss him but he has got to change I feel like him being back in the streets could be a threat to our safety but hopefully he can be honest with me instead of hiding stuff. I started preparing snacks for tonight's movie day with my girls and of course I had to play some old school.

Jacob POV

I feel so terrible for forgetting our anniversary and her birthday I feel like shit, Faith put me out and told me to come back when I was the person she fell in love with so I just packed up a bag and been staying with Tony and them. I have to admit I was wrong for lying to her and I definitely know how to make it up to her. "Jacob look" Tyler said showing me her phone, apparently Faith tryna have a girl's night to celebrate her birthday "Ooooh y'all should cancel on her in a sweet way then she gone get sad and leave the house for a little bit which will give me time to set up a beautiful make up surprise for her. " I said "Nigga what yo mark ass gone do to surprise her?" she said laughing "Okay, basically ima buy some rose pedals and then ima spell out sorry with her favorite candies and ima get her some chocolate covered strawberries" I said smiling "Nigga, first of all, Valentine's day is over so she basically not even talking to you, first you miss yall anniversary and then you forget her birthday, if I was her I would have beat yo ass but it's Faith so she gone be mad for a little bit then she gone start missing you and then she gon-" I cut her off  "You must have a better idea" i said "You damn skippy, ima invite her and the girls over here and then you and Tony and them can go to the gym or some shit and then ima make Faith start thinking about you then she gone be like huh dude i'm finna go home and boom you gone be there waiting for her see how that works" she said "Whatever" I said laughing "Jay she do got a point, seriously yo idea was good and all but since she knows how Faith is it makes more sense" he said "You right bro, so what's the word for tonight?" I asked. The guys ended up going to hoop and Tyler talked the girls into coming to her house, it only made sense because she didn't feel like taking the babies out of the house. I really hope that Tyler's idea works because I can't be away from my baby, i got myself into it and I will get myself out I just can't be away from my babies anymore.

Tyler POV

Personally, I am tired of this whole Faith and Jacob situation so I had to be the sister/friend that I am and get them back together because this shit getting out of hand so I took the liberty of making the girls come to my house for tonight. "Okay yall so rn yall can talk about nothing, but when Faith get's here we just gone start talking about the good times we had with our hubbies, or side niggas" I said joking "Woooow you play too much, but what's the whole point of this?" Diamond asked "Basically, I haven't spoke to yall in so long, and because we usually brag about what our niggas did/do for us" I said "You got that right" Monique said "And I need a break from those children of mine, so I sent em off to my mom house, yeah we back cool" I said laughing "That's good girl, we all need a break at one point in life" Monique said "Who you tel-" I was cut off by a knock on the door. I answered the door and there stood my best bitch "WASSUP BITCH" i said hugging Faith "Oh my goodness, heyyyy, hey yall" she said walking into the front room "Alright so basically we talking about all the good times we have with our hubbies, feel free to jump in" I said "Okay" she said "Okay so lemme tell yall what Jordan did for Valentine's day, he had came to my shop or whatever and he had flowers and a box of chocolates then he had made me close down the shop early and he took me home and he was basically treating me like we were on a date, it was so sweet" she said "Awwww, that's so sweet, I remember when Jacob had came up to the office with some flowers and a tweddy bear then he took me home and cooked for me, that was years ago" Faith said as she started smiling "That is so sweet, lemme tell you what Chris did one time, he had came home or whatever, this when we was younger of course, he had came and was like come outside you gotta see this and so I'm like panicking like what is it so I run outside and then he had my family and his family outside with rose pedals and he got down on that knee and he poured his heart out to me then he popped the question and I was like YESSSSSSS" she said "Awwww, remember when Jacob had proposed to me, it was at that New Years Eve Party, Jacob sure does know how to be sweet" Faith said "Yessss, I had helped hook that whole thing up, and if it wasn't for Jacon, me and Tony probably wouldn't have even met" I said "Ohhh so that's why he had invite Tony over?" she asked "Basically he was like what you want in return for helping me pick out a ring for her and I was like put me on with one of yo friends and he was like I know the perfect person for you, so it was like a lucky game of matchmaker" I said "That was a crazy night, like I had got mad and then he proposed and changed the whole mood of the party, i remember when he used to always take me on dates and he would make corny jokes just to put a smile on my face, he knows exactly what to say just to make me smile,  he's a great father mann the kids just love him, Jacob is a great man" Faith said smiling. I was justing looking at the way she talks about him and I could tell my plan was working "Awwww, I could say the same about Tony, he's a great father and a great man" I said egging it on "No let me rephrase that, he's a great husband, a great father, and a great man, well I hate to cut this evening so short but I gotta head home" she said gathering her things getting ready to leave "What you about to go do?" I asked her "I gotta go head home, yall making me miss my man, I don't know if yall know or not but Jacob has been forgetful lately, he forgot our anniversary last month and then he forgot my birthday but yall just made me realize that I can't stay mad at him forever, so I'm finna go home and get on the phone with him and work this out" she said we all waited til she was out of sight "Yasss it worked, now let me text this mark ass nigga and make sure he got everything set up" I said smiling.

Jacob POV

I had set the house up all nice, I had sorry spelled out on the bed with twixes, I had rose pedals all over the place, and then i had some chocolate covered strawberries waiting for my baby to get home, I bought her another necklace that had a picture of us in it. Tyler had finally texted me that Faith was on her way to the house and that she is going to call me to work this whole situation out, what I love most about this is that she doesn't have a clue about what she is coming home to. I sat in the front room as the front door unlocked and she walked in smiling picking up her phone dialing numbers. I just sat there debating on if I should let my phone ring or scare the shit out of her. My phone was on silence so just looking at her get agitated because I didn't answer was just so funny. "Damn it, why won't he answer, what if he is with another bitch by now, ugh Faith why you gotta be so damn dumb, all he was doing was trying to provide, well he still shouldn't have lied, and it still doesnt change the fact that he forgot yall anniversary and your birthday, bitch you cant hold that against him he's trying to make ends meet suck it up, well it's too late now he out with another bitch, ohh my goodness what if he dead" she said sitting on the couch "I'm not dead baby" I said "then where are you, wait what the hell" she said getting scared "Relax baby, it's me" I said "You scared me" she said "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to" I said "What are you doing here, and how long have you been sitting here in the dark?" she said "I have been here for about as long as you have been at Tyler's house with the girls, Fay listen, I wanted to make up for everything from lying to you, neglecting you, and forgetting about our anniversary and your birthday" I said "It's okay bae, I ju-" "No baby, you don't have to explain anything, I understand that you were mad at me and that you needed time, and believe me that I am not seeing anybody else, nobody can compare to you and I don't ever want to replace you" I said "Jay I forgive you and I really love you and I miss you so much" she said I looked her into her eyes and said "Fay, I love you too and believe me when I say that I miss you more than you could ever miss me, and I am officially out of the game" I said "Jay, I understand you were trying to make ends meet, I'm sorry too" she said "I forgive you baby, now all I want you to do is follow me" I said "Umm for what?" she said "You'll see" I said smirking. I finally led faith up the stairs to our bedroom and when she walked into the room her jaw dropped. "Awww Jay you did this for me?" she asked getting ready to cry "Yes I did, it's a make up gift...Baby I just want to let you know how sorry I am, I want to say that I'm sorry for neglecting you and all I ever want to do is love you and treat you how a Queen is supposed to be treated, you're my wife and I can't bare the thought of losing you or our children, I love you so much Fay" I said tears rolled down her face "Jay I love you too much to lose you" she said I wiped her tears. We ended the night making up and watching movies and of course I held my baby.

Faith POV

After tonight, I made Jacob promise me that he wouldn't get so distracted to the point where he becomes forgetful as far as me and the kids or family in general. I have to admit I missed his smell, his smile, his voice, his arms, shit I just missed everything about him. Me and Jacob and the kids used to have so much fun and then he just became so forgetful but I'm glad we were able to fix it.  He was holding on to me so tight and I slowly drifted off to sleep.
