My E-Girls are off Limits!

I roll my eyes when I see none other than queen b Mikala Quinn and her minions walk up to us.

"E-Girls, how are we doin?" She says in that seriously annoying high pitched voice of hers.

"Did someone say something?" Becca says and I immediately smirk and laugh so hard in my head! Got to love her!

"Um, don't think so, Kate you hear someone?" I say pretending to look around and then look at Katie.

"Nope..." She says taking another sip from her milkshake.

"You can act like this now Mellark but sooner or later, I'll hit you like a ton- Oh, hi Gabe..." She tries to intimidate me but then sees my boyfriend, key word being MY boyfriend and goes back to sweet little Mikala.

"Mikala... Hey beautiful..." Gabe says smiling and giving me a quick kiss.

"Hi..." I say smiling at him.

"In school, really?" Ashton says coming up behind us and rolling his eyes.

"Hey Ashton..." One of Mikala's minions says twirling her hair and smirking at him... yea good luck with that Brittany.

"Brittany." He replies handing me a milkshake.

"Well, see you around E-Girls, by handsome..." Mikala says smirking as she walks past again MY boyfriend! Oh god no Iris! You are not becoming the over protective girlfriend here!

"Catch you..." We say.

"Girl you make this earth a whole lot better when you a ratchet kick ass queen!" I squeal, hugging Becca and high fiving her.

"Oh thank you girl..." She laughs flicker her hair for effect.

"You welcome, Mr J, walk me and my girl to class?" I say linking arms with Becca and looking at Gabe.

"Why certainly Miss Quinn..." He smirks and goes in the middle of us and links our arms with his.

"You know it make sense Gabe!" Becca laughs slapping his shoulder playfully.

"Let's go, see ya Ash..." Gabe says calling out to my brother.

"Bye..." He replies

"Bye my girls! Love ya'll!" I yell out to the rest of my E-Girls smiling.

"Love ya'll to girl!" They yell in reply, and we turn a corner.

(At lunch) (Becca's POV)

"Ok so then I was like what about Michelle? and my Dad was all lik-" Racheal begins telling the girls about something that happened last night at home when stupid Mikala comes up to us.

"You know something Racheal? Your voice is really annoying, maybe you should well, you know, shut up." She sassily says smiling through the sentence.

"Maybe you should shoot up Mikala because well, you know, you're like the size of an ant!" Holly fires back, backing her cousin up.

"Got to hand it to you Holly, that was a good one, but just so you and I are on the same page, I love it when my boyfriend has to lean down to kiss me, what about your boyfriend? Oh that's right, you don't have one..." She snickers and I don't hold back to back my friends up.

"She may not have some stuck up turned on guy who kisses down her neck every 5 seconds but she has a better friendship group and ego than you ever will!" I spit and Mikala furrows her eyebrows and snickers.

"Wow! Becca, didn't realise you fire out a comeback without your little puppeteer, honey I'm impressed really but it's not as if Holly doesn't know how to maintain a relationship because I'm pretty sure her relationships have lasted longer than all three of your combined oh, and she didn't get cheated on either..."

I freeze, everybody knows that that's a sensitive topic to me.

"Says the girl who's about to get punched in the face for insulting my friend! You wanna head that way Mikala please do, see how far you get come on, I dare you!" I hear the all too familiar voice of my best friend come to my rescue, again.

"I wasn't planning on starting a fight Iris, calm down." Mikala automatically replies, you see when Iris is mad, she's mad and you don't want to be on the other side when she is.

"Oh you're scared aren't you, well you should be because you can bomb me with insults, burn my reputation to the ground but do you see this? A fight is about to happen and if I go down, you go with me! So, head this way Mikala, come on don't be shy." Iris continues walking closer towards Mikala, her face, eyes and voice filled with anger and I see her step back a little.

"Now you're just quoting your Mother, I said I wasn't trying to start a fight, so I think I'll go now." Mikala says, turning on her heal but doesn't get very far before Iris has her by the collar of her shirt, this could get messy.

"Oh no you don't, listen here you little bug, you insult my E-Girls or the people I love again and I mean ever again, don't expect to have such a pretty face afterwards do you understand Quinn?" Iris says through gritted teeth, still holding Mikala by the shirt.

"Yep..." Mikala says popping the 'p' and trying to maintain a clam face.

"Good because if there is one thing my Mother taught me is that you should never be afraid to start something if it's to protect the people you love, and as you know my Mother started a war to protect the person that mattered the most to her at the time, I don't see your Mother doing that, so I'll let you off this once but just remember what I told you." Iris says letting Mikala go.

"Got it, bye..." She replies and walks away.

"See ya..." Some of the other girls say and Iris turns on her heal and looks straight into my blue orbs.

"We good babes?" She ask me and I want to say that I can handle myself and that I don't always need her to stand up for me, but when I see her concerned face and her arms open wide for a hug I can't help but forget about what I was going to actually say.

"I don't know what in the hell I did to deserve a friend like you just know that if anything ever happens between us, I'm going to kill myself you got it?" I smile/laugh and walking into her embrace.

"No you won't, because nothing's going to happen between us." She tells me looking at me and smiling.

"Of course, let's go..." I smirk and grab her hand to leave, the others getting ready to follow us.

"Yea one more thing though..." She says and she does the unexpected. She gets up onto one of the tables and yells;

"Yo! Listen here boys and certain girls, if any of you just witnessed what happened I'm glad because I swear on my twin brothers life that if any of you come at or break any of my E-Girls hearts not looking at anyone in particular Chris, Jason and Josh! I will kill you, you all understand!"

And I see my ex's stop laughing at the sight and become terrified, I smirk and think to myself that's what you get for cheating on a Mellark's best friend.

"Good because my E-Girls and I are off limits! Only one guy gets to flirt with me and that's you Mr J..." Iris yells pointing at Gabe and there's a series of laughter from the cafeteria.

"You got it sweet girl..." Gabe smirks/laughs.

"Um, why are you swearing on my life?" Ashton chimes in and there's even more laughter heard.

"Oh shut up Ashton!" Iris shouts getting down from the table and grabbing her bag.

I cannot believe the amount of confidence that girl has! She really is her Mothers' daughter. As we're walking out the cafeteria I can't help but think I would love to stand up for myself like that, I'm tired of feeling like the girl who thinks she can handle herself but ends up screaming for help all the time.
