I had enough! No more hide-and-seek games! I don't care whether I'm going to make a fool out of myself or becoming the next hot topic in the school. I want answer! And I want it now!

Whether P'Pha likes me or not, he has to tell me straight. I don't want to waste my time waiting. Time is precious.

If he likes me, I can't see why we are wasting our time on these hide-and-seek games instead of dating. If he doesn't..., maybe I can just stop wasting my time on him and move on, but right now, I need his answer and I'm on my way to his faculty to get that answer.

By hook or by crook, I will get an answer from him today. Let's just hope that I don't need to go up to the extent of stripping myself naked and seduce him.

"Maybe you should."

I swirl around after hearing a female voice coming from behind me.

I stare at the woman who is standing in front of me right now.

She looks familiar. I must have seen her before... Wait a minute... Ooh! The movie tickets!

"Hi! N'Yo, still remember me?" She asks with anticipation showing in her eyes.

"Yeah, but not at first. You're P'Gemma, the one who gave me the movie tickets." I reply honestly.

"That's right! I'm so happy that you still remember me. I thought you have forgotten about me since I'm just a passer-by." She says with a pout.

"Erm... P, are you talking to me just now? What do you mean by 'maybe you should'?"

"Oh, that! I overheard you mumbling about stripping yourself naked and seduce someone."

"What?!!" I shout, disbelieving that I have mumbled my thoughts out loud.

Oh God! What have I done?! I want to dig a hole on the ground and bury myself in it. So embarrassing...

"Personally, I think that is a great idea, but do you mind telling me what is this all about? Maybe I can give you some better ideas so that you don't have to use that 'stripping naked' idea. What do you think?"

She seems nice and trustworthy. And maybe... like what she said, she has some better ideas...

After a few minutes of consideration, I tell her about P'Pha, about that kiss, about the aftermath of that kiss, about P'Ming's confession and about what I'm planning to do now.

"Hmm... Want to know what I think?" She asks while drumming her fingers on her folded arms.

I nod enthusiastically.

"Don't get disheartened or give up your feelings for him if you get a 'no' for the answer. N'Yo, sometimes our mind and heart might not be on the same page, and they don't always agree with each other. If he is now in that 'mind and heart not on the same page' situation, he won't give you the real answer. Maybe he will just give you the answer from his mind, but not the answer from his heart even if he feels the same way as you do." She told me.

"You mean he will reject me because his mind told him to even if he has feelings for me too? But why? Why his mind will want him to reject me?" I ask with a puzzled frown.

"I don't know, but my guess is, maybe he thinks he is not the man you need. Maybe he feels that you are too good for him. If not, he won't be avoiding you since that kiss and based on what you just told me, I can tell you, he has feelings for you, feelings that he doesn't want to admit." She replies with a shrug.
