It was a Tuesday night, so naturally downtown wasn't as lively as you would find it on a weekend being that K-town was such a small city.
The streets were quiet tonight.
VROOM
In we paraded, all four cars, one in front of the other.
Mikasa's charger lead the pack, with me riding shot gun, Hange and Sasha in the back.
Behind us, Eren rode in Madeline's pink convertible Mazda Miata.
Following them, Jean in his lowered classy white beamer with tinted windows holding Reiner, Berthodlt, Annie and Connie.
Behind them, Armin was driving his sensible grey prius with Ymir and Historia as passengers.

I couldn't help but observe Mikasa out of the corner of my eye.
She was a tough looking chick.
I suddenly noticed that her hair was much shorter than it had been since the first time I met her, she was impulsive, yet so disciplined. It doesn't make sense to me.
She sported a cropped black spiked leather jacket that fit her well toned body just perfectly, paired with black jeans ripped at the knees and thighs.
"So here's the deal." Mikasa began.
I quickly turned my attention away form her awkwardly, then suddenly realizing you're sort of supposed to look at someone when they're speaking, so I then looked back, fixing my attention on her.
"Yeah?" I say.
"I. Don't. Like. Madeline." Mikasa continued.
"Who's Madeline?~" Sasha budded into the conversation.
Mikasa shot her a glare, she picked up what her icy cold stare was saying.
"I'm not here...." Sasha whispered, attempting to disappear into the darkness of the cars shadows.
"Madeline is that high maintenance bitch driving the Miata behind us with Eren wrapped around her waist." Mikasa said bluntly.
"She seems.... uh... nice." I said, dumbfounded.
"You don't really think that." Mikasa replied.
"I.... uh...."
"I've seen you looking at Eren." Mikasa smirked cockily.
"Pft, uh- Yeah?! Cause he has a face... That I look at... I mean- I can't talk to his butt, right?" I reply.
"Oh god." Mikasa leans her head back in annoyance.
"Anyways, getting to the point" Mikasa continues.
"Eren's been through a lot to say the least."
"Well.. everyone has baggage." I smiled.
"And then some." Mikasa adds.
"The last thing Eren needs right now is this princess taking advantage of his kind heartedness, to support her expensive taste." Mikasa scowled.
Hange leans forward.
"Oh yeah... I kinda got that from her too." She says.
Mikasa shoots a glare at her.
Hange looks at both Mikasa and I, not sure of what she said.
Sasha suddenly emerges out of the shadows, only to pull Hange back with her.
"She's not here...." She whispers.
Mikasa continues.
"To be blunt, there's nothing more I would love right now than to see those two part ways."
"O... Kay?" I say.
"Soooo... Why are you telling me this?"
Mikasa scanned my attire.
"You're dressed like Wednesday Addams, to cut it short, you look like someone I can relate to." Mikasa says plainly.
".... Touché." I replied almost proudly.
"What about them though?" I said, pointing my thumb towards the back seat.
"We're not here." Two voices whispered.
"I figured your minions would have your back." Mikasa replied smugly.
"Wait! Is this a break up plan? Because I don't want to cause any problems." I say.
"You sure tried to break in that bull back at the bar." Mikasa retorted.
"Well... I felt like he was going to hurt Eren... After he defended my honour!" I said, whipping my hair.
"Shit... this might go both ways then." Mikasa said flatly.
"What do you mean?" I questioned.
"That's it... Eren defended you because he likes you." She adds.
"Pft! Yo- no- Whaaaaaat?" I say, trying to position my arms in a comfortable spot.
"Oh, shit. You got it bad." Mikasa said disgustedly.
"Hah- I- No. Whaaaaaaat?"
"Wait. I've got it." Mikasa said, her finger pointing towards an apparent epiphany.
"Wh- Yes?" I tried to look at where she was pointing.
"I'm- I don't get it."
"And you're a geek! That's perfect." Mikasa began having an excited tone to her voice for once.
"I- wait. What's happening here?" I question.
"If Eren stars to like you, he might forget all about glitter Barbie back there." Mikasa jolted her head back in gesture.
"Hahahaha" I began to giggle uncontrollably trying my absolute my absolute hardest not to fantasize about this idea. I did however let an image of us as samurai warriors slip through and immediately washed it from my brain. Damn over imaginative mind. I also remembered back to when he helped me up at the grocery store and how weird yet mesmerizing that stupid moment was.
Suddenly I heard Mikasa snapping her fingers in the distance, her voice echoing.
"Hello? Earth to wall girl? Are you there?"
"Yep- Yeah? Sorry? What?" I muttered.
Would I board with this? No... I can't betray someone like this. It's devious, and I don't want to be like that. That's just not who I am.
"You're hesitating." Mikasa shot a look at me.
"It just seems so... Underhanded." I say, looking at my twiddling thumbs.
"Good thing you don't have to do anything... Except be yourself." Mikasa said smirking, looking back to the road intently.
She floored it, her car sped up and the others followed immediately as 'WOO's could be heard in the background.
"The wolves are out tonight." Mikasa said aggressively, howling out the window.
Two faces suddenly emerged back out of the darkness.
"I think we're being accepted as part of the pack." Hange whispered to me, before they both inched back.
The cars behind us replied with their own howls.
"I am not a sheep... I am a wolf." I said proudly to myself, smirking.
