When she went in the history class, everybody was staring at her. Even her teacher. They were whispering behind her back, but she didn't pay attention. She sat next to Theodore and Lorrie as always.
"Don't worry. They are whispering behind my back too.", Theodore said.
"Great.", Scarlett said ironically.
"Scar?", Lorrie said.
"Yes?"
"I told him.", she said pointing at Theo.
"What?!"
"She must tell Victor.", Theodore said.
"I know! But how?"
"Sorry for interrupting your little talk, but we have a lesson to do.", their teacher said mad, so they waited until the lesson was finishedto continue their talk.
As they went out of the class, Alfie ran towards them. He was holding three books and a pencil-case. Lorrie looked at him confused. She hadn't met him before, because she was at home when Scarlett and Theodore first talked to Alfie.
"Hey guys, what's up?", Alfie said with a smile.
"Hey Alfie, this is our friend Lorrie.", Scarlett said.
"Hi Alfie. Nice to meet you.", Lorrie said.
"Do you want to come and sit with us? Today we are alone, because Peter is still at the hospital and Sam is, well, dead.", Theodore said.
"Poor Aaron. We should call him. See how he's holding up.", Lorrie said.
"Wanna go together after school?", Theodore asked.
"Sure."
Alfie sat with them. As they were eating, he took out a small laptop and turned it on. There was a big, black screen with letters on it, and he kept writing.
"What is that?", Scarlett asked, who was sitting next to him.
"Oh. I'm trying to get access in a website, that I'm not allowed to join."
"Why not?"
"It's the team that I was in before, and they banned me. So I'm trying to hack it, so I can show them that I deserve to be in there."
"Why did they ban you?", Lorrie asked.
"I messed up once and we all got caught."
Scarlett stood up and took her backpack. Theodore looked at her confused. She asked her where she was going and she said that she was going for a smoke.
"Since when have you started smoking again?", Lorrie asked surprised.
"A couple of weeks ago."
"Why?"
"Because it relaxes me."
"Music is a good way of relaxing too. Why aren't you listening to music?"
"Because I prefer to smoke.", Scarlett said pissed off.
When she went out, her phone started buzzing. It was Andrew. She was kind of surprised, because he never called at school hours.
"Hello"
"Hey Scar, how are you"
"Heyy, I'm fine. How come you call me at this time?"
"I still have a few things to move in my new apartment from my old one and my boss has given me the rest of the day off. Do you want to go for a coffee after I'm done with moving?"
