I was on my way to Lena's apartment. Lena got off early so she said she would make us dinner. It was quiet in the streets. All the sound that remained was the dripping of the rain. I liked the smell of the wet dirt. There was a thunder storm on it's way, so i better get home soon.

I knocked on Lena's door and she opened it right away. She must've been waiting for me. "Oh no you're all wet!" Lena said. "Yeah, it's raining quite heavily already." I said. "Why don't you go change while i put the food on the table?" Lena said. She gave me a quick kiss before turning around. I went to Lena's bedroom. I got off the wet clothes and put them in the bathroom to dry. I looked in her closet. I picked one of her oversized sweaters and put it on. I turned around to find Lena staring. I smirked. I saw her blushing. I looked through Lena's drawer for pants. "Why bother putting on pants." Lena said. I closed her drawer. I walked over the door where Lena was standing. She was glaring all over my body. I came closer slowly. I pinned her against the wall. She was staring at my lips now. I slowly leaned in for a kiss. I kissed her softly. She put her hands on my hips but i pinned them above her head. I kissed her harder now. She moaned into the kiss. I kissed her neck and then gave her one last kiss before i pulled away. I left her in her room, hot and bothered.

She soon followed me to the dinner table. She sat down and blushed a little. I smirked. I love when i have this effect on her. Lena had made these Chinese noodles. She was such a good cook. I'm glad she is or else we would eat take out every day. I loved watching her cook too. Lena noticed me staring. I blushed and gave her a shy smile. "Kara, i was thinking..." She said. "Yeah?" I said. "That maybe you could move in with me? I mean you're already spending most of your nights here." Lena said. I smiled. "You want me to move in with you?" I said. "Yes." Lena said. "I'd like that a lot." I said. Lena almost tripped because she ran to the kitchen. She got a spare key out of her drawer and handed it over. She gave me a kiss on my cheek.

We were talking about getting some of my stuff to Lena's apartment when the power went out. "Okay that is very unusual." Lena said. The thunder struck loud. Lena was looking around in panic. "It's probably just because of the storm." I said. She nodded. "Lena. Are you scared of thunder?" I said. "I'm not a fan." She said. "We're safe here." I said. I went looking for some candles. "Where are the candles?" I asked Lena. "The cupboard to your right." Lena said. I got out the bag with candles and two lighters.

Me and Lena had lit up the entire apartment with candles. It looked lovely. We had decided to play a game since there was no electricity. Lena had literally no board games. Something we are definitely got to change. Lena did however have playing cards and chess of course. I don't know how to play chess and i doubt it would be fun to play against someone like Lena, who has literally won championships. So we were playing cards. Lena wanted play for something. I didn't want to play for money so we are now playing for potstickers. Lena owed me 3 potstickers now. "Kara! You can't do that!" Lena said. "Why not?!" I said. "Those are both clubs." Lena said. "Oh, oops." I said. Lena was very competitive. I got my card back and threw one of the double clubs away. Lena took my card and put al her cards on the table. "HA! i won!" Lena said. "You still owe me 2 potstickers!" I said. Lena yawned. "I'll buy you as many as you want, love." Lena said. "Do you want to go to bed?" I said. She shrugged. I put the cards away. "I'm not that tired, Kara." Lena said. She yawned again. "Sure." I said. I picked her up and carried her to bed. "That's not fair!" Lena screamed. I put her on the bed. She looked annoyed. "Ah, don't be mad." I said. I jumped on the bed next her and gave her a hug. "You're so annoying." Lena said. "You love me though." I said. She sighted. "Yes." Lena said. I gave her a kiss on the cheek. She got up to change to her pajamas. Another loud thunder strike. Lena jumped and got back into bed as fast as she could. "Come here." I said. I put my arms around her. She became less tense. "I love you Kara." Lena said. "I love you too babe." I said. Lena closed her eyes and soon her breath became steady. She had fallen asleep. Not tired huh?

It was 4am when i heard my phone ringing in the living room. Why would anyone call me this early. Maybe it's Alex. I slowly got out of bed, careful not to wake Lena up. I picked up the phone. "Hello?" I said. "Kara, it's Alex. We need your help. It's Lillian Luthor." She said. "I'll be there." I said before i hang up.

I flew to the location that Alex gave me. Alex was already outside the building. "Alex! What is going on." I said. "She keeps 3 hostages outside. She says she will only let them go if you surrender." She said. "I have to do it." I said. "No! Absolutely not! She could kill you!!" Alex said. "I won't let anyone else die because of me." I said. I flew into the building before she could say anything else. I used my x-ray vision to see where she was. I went to the room. "Let them go." I said. She nodded. One of her minions cut the robe. The hostages were safely leaded outside. "Now, supergirl, or should i call you Kara? You are dating my daughter after all." Lillian said. "If you hurt her!" I screamed. "I have no interest in hurting my daughter. I only want to spare her some instead." She said. "What do you want." I said. "To kill you of course. I will not let you date my daughter!" Lillian said. I started walking back slowly. I walked up against two men who stabbed me in the back. I screamed in pain. "Put her on the roof." She said. I was dragged to the roof top. Outside were more people now. She wanted it to be public. I could do nothing about it. I was weak. She put me close to the edge. She stabbed me again with the kryptonite blade. I screamed. I looked down. She grabbed my by my hair forcing me to look up. "Tonight you will see your hero fall!!" She screamed. I felt the kryptonite flowing through my blood like poison. One of them handed her a big kryptonite blade. This was no normal kryptonite. I could barely move. It felt like i was dead already or i wish i was. I saw her put the blade above my head. She pulled it up ready strike anytime now. I looked around me, to the people. Would it be so bad if i would be gone. I haven't been a hero in a long time. Nobody needed me. Alex maybe but who else. I saw the necklace hanging out of my suit. I touched it. Lena. Our memories flooded through my head. I looked up. I have to live. I saw the blade going down on my head. It almost hit my head, when i used my super speed. I put my hands on the blade and held it. I screamed. I tried pushing it away from me. I felt the kryptonite burning my skin away. "How!" Lillian screamed. She looked at me in shock. She tried getting me lose. I pushed her towards the edge. This woman has caused enough pain. In a split second it was done. I threw her of the edge. I heard a loud splash and people screaming. I looked down. There she was laying on the ground. Blood was gushing from her head. Her empty eyes were staring right into my soul. I felt nothing that was the scariest part. Absolutely nothing.
