Barrett yawns, watching Asher and the two lycans as they checked the last few people that were leaving through the portal.

Not long after Asher had left, Barrett had grown bored and followed the lions witch hazel scent back to the portal.

He enjoyed watching the werelion work, the man seemed to like people, the total opposite of himself.

Asher walks with confidence, knowing exactly where he was going and why he was going there, no matter what the situation was.

Barrett had to stop himself multiple times from exiting through the portal just so he could speak with the lion.

Sighing, Barrett leans forwards, eyes stuck on Asher as he bends over to grab something that fell out of a carriage just before it rolled through the portal doors.

"Maybe you should go and get some rest, Ash." One of the lycans stated, causing Barrett to nod in agreement.

Barrett could tell that the man was stressed and on edge, even though he had tried to hide it, which he wasn't very good at.

"I can't just leave." Asher sighs, rubbing the back of his neck with his right hand while looking at the ground.

Barrett makes a mental note to massage Asher's shoulders and back if he ever got the chance.

"Go before I make you." The well muscled lycan threatens, taking a step forwards.

Barrett hisses, moving closer to the men, ready to protect the werelion.

"Alright, alright, I'm goin'." Asher chuckles, waving at the men as he makes his way into the forest.

Barrett jumps from the tree, following Asher as he walks far enough that the men wouldn't be able to see him, waiting until Asher was naked, before making his presence known.

"Forget about me, Kitten?" Barrett whistles, barley stopping himself from smacking his very nice butt.

Asher falls forward, shifting, before turning around to face the elf, a low guttural growl flowing from him.

Barrett laughs, taking a quick step towards Asher, wanting to pet him.

Asher steps back, baring his teeth, making Barrett shake his head.

Taking one large step forwards, Barrett tangles his right hand in Asher's mane, almost letting out a moan when he touched the soft and shiny hair, is fingers gliding through it with ease.

Asher tilts his head, trying to bite at Barrett's arm, angry at him for not only peeping at him, but for touching him.

Barrett opens his mouth, ready to speak but freezes when Asher begins to nuzzle his head into Barrett's hand, oddly enjoying the sensation of the elfs hand running through his mane.

Closing his eyes, Asher purrs, letting Barrett know that he was finally doing something right.

When Asher opens his eyes he was shocked to see the look of awe on the elf's face, causing his heart to stutter.

Barrett's lips were parted, his breathing fast and shallow. His violet eyes were full of amazement.

"So beautiful." Barrett whispers.

Asher steps away and shakes his head before he begins to shift back into human form.

"Stop staring at me, pervert." Asher mumbles as he slips his pants up his legs as fast he could, hoping to get dressed before Barrett saw anything.

"Can't help it." Barrett states, his voice gruff as he looks over the other man's body, enjoying the view.

"Do you always purr that way?" Barrett asks, thinking of the many ways he could make the man produce that sound.

Ignoring the question, Asher turns around, a glare on his face.

"How would you feel if I were the one peeping on you?" He asks, running a hand through his blond hair, hoping to make some of the tangles disappear.

"We can arrange that." Barrett whispers, lust and want evident on his face.

Ashers cheeks heat up instantly, taking a step back, he shakes his head.

"Stop that." He demands.

"Stop what, Kitten?" Barrett tilts his head, feigning innocence as he slowly unbuttoned the top few buttons of his shirt, trying to cool himself down.

Instead of answering Barrett, Asher turns his back to the elf and begins to walk further into the forest, infuriated at him.

"I was just playing, Kitten."  Barrett reaches out, grabbing Asher's wrist, trying to hide his laughter behind his smile.

"What do you want?" Asher sighs, gently tugging his arm away from Barrett, a tired expression on his face.

Barrett forced himself to stick to the task at hand and not say that it was him the he really wanted.

"I want to help you." Barrett states, watching confusion take over Ashers face.

"Help me?" Asher asks, making Barrett feel terrible about what he was going to confess.

"I know the man that wants Luna." Barrett whispers, looking away, not being able to watch Asher's reaction.

"Are you a part of it?" Asher chokes, backing away, surprised at the hurt he heard in his own voice.

"Somewhat." Barrett winces.

Asher reaches forwards, his hand instantly around Barrett's throat, a murderous look on his face.

He lets out a snarl and picks Barrett up, tipping him backwards and using his hand that was around the man's throat to push his body down so that he was laying on his back.

Shock froze Barrett, not allowing him to try to speak.

Asher was infuriated, his eyes were practically glowing green, showing Barrett that he was fighting for control.

"Wait! Let me explain!" Barrett shouts, hoping to calm the lion down before he murdered him, his right hand growing tighter around the elf's neck.

"You have thirty seconds to talk before I kill you." Asher growls, using his left hand to grab Barrett's hands that were trying to pull at his arm, and holds them above the elf's head, keeping them out of the way so that he could control the elfs breathing with his right.
