Chapter 14

~~Kiku's POV~~

"Sit down Yuki," I said, with a serious look on my face.

Yuki sat down on the couch, juice box still in hand. Staring up at me with my red eyes made him uncomfortable I guess, because he quickly looked in another direction and a weird look came over his face.

"All those questions you asked earlier will now be answered. But if you speak about what you've witnessed today or you speak about any information we've told you. We'll be forced to kill you, do you understand?" Sachi and I asked at the same exact time, keeping in sync the whole time.

"Y-yes, I just want t-t-to know wh-what that was!" He said, fear consuming his voice.

I began to explain as short and sweet as I possibly could, we did that at first, say a very basic version. Then If Sachi trusts them enough, I tell a much more detailed version.

"The woman who was in here with the gun to my head was Sachi's rival, Canaan. The two of them have been rivals since day one, she tries to do anything to cause Sachi pain. Even if it means killing everyone close to Sachi, she'll do it. She's already killed Sachi's parents--" I was cut off by Sachi walking outside and turning to the cement wall and punching it with so much force, it could have shattered the wall.

A deep pain and anger burned in her now fire red eyes. She turned to look at me and I knew exactly what she was wanting to say. This hurts her so much to have someone else know about her. Yuki knows how hard this is for me to tell him this. At least I hope, he's still shaking like a little girl sipping his juice. Sweet Jesus!

"Sachi, You don't have to stay to hear this, I know it's hard for you." I murmered softly.

"I don't want to anyways, I'm going to get ice cream from Sweet Tooth. Anybody want anything?" She asked closing her eyes while asking, turning them back to their normal beautiful green.

"Mi--" I began to say before Sachi cut me off.

"Mint chocolate chip ice cream, double scoop, with the hardening chocolate sauce on it. Did I get it right?" She asked.

"Completely perfect!" I said.

"Yuki, do you want anything?" She asked again.

"No thank you, I'm a bit shaken up still." He responded.

 "Alright, I'll be back in a while." She said walking from the front door, I saw her knuckles were bleeding from punching the cement.

"Your knuckles are bleeding," I said.

"Oh, they are?" Sachi glanced down at her knuckles and licked the blood from her wound and turned the doorknob and ran out.

"She's still shaken up about Canaan springing a suprise attack like that on us! And espessially when you've just moved in!" I was giggling and smiling to try to calm the emotions around here.

"No, it's fine," Yuki said.

"Well anyways, do you still want to hear more?" I asked.

"Yes please," He replied.

"Sachi had her dad stolen from her mother and her, he was placed in a facility that was trying to create a such thing called Superhumans. The newest generation of humans that had special abilities and such. Next, Sachi, only still a little girl, was stolen from her mom. Soon after, Sachi's mom shared the same cage in that prision. A year after being held captive there, they found out her father had died. Then, Sahci lost her mom. She was the only one in that cage for years, then her ability activated for the first time ever.

She brought ruin to that place and everyone inside of it. That's what she likes to believe, but there was one person who made it out alive, and that was Canaan. Canaan made it out alive because her Hell's Wings ability activated at the same time that Sachi's Heaven's Wings did. We've been on the run together ever since then." I finished.

He sat there looking rather depressed and quiet. "I had no idea, so all those times she came in with blood on her, was that..." he started.

"From people, mostly Canaan's, who have wanted to murder her. They were to slow, she killed them first." I finished.

~~Sachi's POV~~

I walked down to the ice cream shop and told myself not to think about the rooftop battle. I listened to my footsteps walking on the cold side walk. It was almost fall, and things were starting to cool off.

I made it to the ice cream shop and ordered what I wanted and soon left. Walking home, I saw a very familiar figure.

Broad shoulders, a perfectly toned body, a head of blonde hair, and the same black shirt and tan cargo pants as ever.

He turned around and those beautiful and intelligent green eyes looked back at mine as a look of surprise spread across his face.

"Kyo?" I said.

"S-Sachi?" He asked.

I suddenly knew it was him. I ran to him at full speed and crashed into his chest and hugged him, careful of the ice cream.

"It's nice to see you, I was so worried about you," Kyo whispered as his lips touched mine.
