who the hell are you?

trigger warning, suicide and mentions of self harm.

stephen is in the hospital after he got shot two times in the chest in order to save tony's life. after that, tony went to avenge him and killed the man who almost killed stephen. he was so broken and disgusted for what he has done, and stephen, with literally two opened wounds,  went to the place in which tony had killed that man and casted a spell to make him not remember what he had done. but it went bad. it didn't go as planned.

stephen has been waiting for tony for about 2 weeks, but he never came back to the hospital nor called him. he wonders if he's okay.
he is ready to come home, so he gets ready and signs the resignation to get out of there.

he walks down the cold streets as he looks concerned and desperate. he keeps thinking if something bad happened to tony. if he is far away from him, maybe in a dangerous situation.

as he comes home, he tries to cheer up. maybe tony was just sad and couldn't stand to see him hooked up to the machines at the hospital.

he opens the door and silence surrounds the house
"tony?" he says softly.
he keeps looking around the house, looking for clues. he finds nothing but tony's phone. he opens it and remains in shock.
the pinned chat is the one of Steve's, and the messages implies that he was having an affair with him.

his heart broke. he holds back the tears as the anger kicks in. how could tony do that?

he keeps looking through the chat and doesn't even find the chat between him and tony.
there must be a problem.

he hears the door opening, and his heart stops beating at the sight of tony roughly kissing steve in front of his eyes. he doesn't talk. he doesn't move. he stands still with watery eyes and tremors.

tony didn't notice him at first, but when their eyes crossed, he immediately stops and looks at him

t: who the hell are you? get out of my house.

stephen breaks down and cries.

ss: who.. who am i? i'm supposed to be your fiancé. we were going to get married in a month. and now what? after i spent 2 goddamn weeks at the hospital after i saved your ass from death, you replace me with your fucking ex? are you serious right now?!

he says, crying even more as his chest hurts.

s: okay its better if i go now...

ss: NO NOW YOU STAY HERE BECAUSE YOU KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS, YOU WERE GOING TO COME AT OUR DAMN WEDDING, YOU ARE A TRAITOR!

t: don't you dare talking about him like this. stop lying. i don't know you. go AWAY!

stephen can't believe in this. he sees steve smirking and feeling good about this. stephen trusted tony with all his heart. now he has taken his love away. he deserted him.

ss: How would peter react to this, Tony?! i made a spell to make you forget that you killed a man with your BARE HANDS! you were broken, i was dying and i went there to make sure you were OKAY!

T: I DO NOT KNOW YOU! GET OUT OF MY HOUSE OR I AM GONNA CALL THE POLICE!

stephen gives up, with disappointment and emptiness.

"i trusted you with all my heart.. "

are the last words stephen says to tony.

he comes back at the sanctorum, cheeks and eyes red from crying, tears falling down like a downfall. he doesn't believe in this. he thinks he's still at the hospital and that he is still high on morphine.
