peter comes home from school with a great news for his dads.
he finally got accepted to study at Harvard's!

as he enters the house, he hears tony and stephen fighting over something, so he silently walks near the room in which there are the two men and listens.

s: why in the world would you think that, tony?! after all of this? for real? i told you i would never leave you or even slightly think about cheating on you!

t: then explain me why were you and christine in a bar together? i can't think about anything else but that!

s: *sighs* i was planning something. i needed her help.

t: oh yeah planning what? how to tell me that you love her instead of me?

s: holy smokes tony STOP IT!

t: i can't! stephen i can't! you know i have trust issues! if you want to leave just tell me!

s: *covers face with hands and sighs* that's the last thing i would do in the world... i was.. planning something for you.

t: *he suddenly feels sorry for everything he has said and comes closer to hug him* i am so sorry, stephen. i truly am. i just.. don't want to lose you. you and peter are everything to me and i couldn't bear the pain of losing you.

as he hears his name, in tears for the fight between tony and stephen, peter lets out a little sob, covering his mouth with his hands right after it.

s: what was that? was that you?

t: it wasn't me, i d- *sees outside the door, peter sobbing watching the two of them* oh.. peter..

s: *looks up to peter and comes closer to him* peter what happened? what's wrong?

p: d-dad i'm ok. i though you two were going to break up. i- i thought we weren't going to be a family anymore. *wipes away the tears*

t: peter, no.. i'm sorry. it's all my fault. you know how i am. i'm truly sorry. *hugs peter*

p: i have a good news. and i- i hope that it will make you happy.

s: did you find a girlfriend or boyfriend!?

t: did you kick somebody's ass?! oh, wait- maybe not that. okay, go ahead?

p: *smiles and giggles as they try to guess what happened* i got accepted at Harvard's! *shoves then the contract and jumps a bit, excited*

tony and stephen are speechless, they just look at each other with watery eyes.

t: i'm.. peter... i am so endlessly proud of you. i knew you were going to go there! you're amazing!

s: *says nothing and hugs him tight letting out a few sobs* you never fail to make me proud.

p: you do as well dad! you two are the best. thank you for believing in me when no one else does.

s: can i do an announcement now?

t&p together: of course!

s: okay so.. you know, the thing i was planning with christine was something that could have changed everything for us. i asked her help because she is the only one person i actually trust outside this family.
anyway..
tony.. i love you in the purest way you could ever experience.
you're my boyfriend, but you're also my best friend.
we have dealt with monsters and saved the world together.
we have gone through hell and back. you've experienced losses and disappointments.
i swear to the entire world, i will never let you down. me and peter will always be here and we have a lifetime to prove it.
when we met for the first time i thought i'd never catch feelings for you.
when i just saw the future, i saw what you really are. i saw all the possible outcomes of the situations, and i've seen this too.
i actually was terrified by this, since i didn't know i was bisexual or even gay.
but day by day, i realized that you were the perfect person to me.
you always deal with my breakdowns, you always deal with the pressure of me being a sorcerer.
i couldn't ask for a better person, tony.
And those are just a few of the reasons I'm hoping you'll spend the rest of your life with me. so... *kneels* Anthony Edward Stark, will you marry me?

t: *is in tears, shaking for all the emotions and his speech.* y-yes * he manages to say softly, between the sobs.*

p: * has his mouth covered with his hands and is crying happy tears*

s: *slides the ring on tony's finger and gets up, hands in hands with tony's hands* i love you so much, tony.

t: oh stephen, if i only could show you how glad and happy i am to have you...

s: *kisses tony* don't cry. please. now my job is to wipe away your tears.

p: i'm so happy dads!! you're gonna get married! *runs and hugs them*

s: and guess what? with christine. since her father is a lawyer.
look what we've done. *gets some papers that are on the desk* read this *shoves it to peter*

p: *reads out loud* this agreement is made on july 3rd 2018,  between Anthony Stark, who resides at 10880 Malibu Point, Malibu, Calif, here referred as.. oh god. *shreds tears* adopting father, and Stephen Strange, who resides at 177A Bleecker street, New York, here referred as other adoptive parent of Peter...Parker. *voice breaks*

t: *is as shook as peter*

s: *has the biggest and purest smile he has ever given to anybody* tony, if you're okay with this.  you.. just have to sign it.

t: of course i'm okay with this i'm- oh my..god stephen. this is the best day of my life.

p: *cries even more* so that- that means you are actually my parents now?

s: yes, peter. if you want to.

p: *hugs stephen and tony* i love you so much

t: we love you too, Peter.
