Yes, i KNOW it doesnt have hands (and tge hair is trash) but i was rushed tonight and hands are assholes MOVING ON NerdyPerdyPink, you never gave me any references to go from BUT this was one of the first things that came to my mind. I thought itd be cute, even if it wasnt exactly "galaxy" as you wanted. But i think starry night is just as purr-tty. ;3 The skirt is more like a tutu, with that sparkly netting stuff you can fond cheao and easy as materials stores, like THIS cause im terrible with descriotions

Tutu made with netting stuff ((YES ik its a kid's skirt but it was the closest to what i had in mind! Deal!)) The netting in the back, chest, and sleeves are optional, i just didnt know if youd prefer something more modest or not. Also optional is mask and a "shooting star" hair piece. Folded netting, glittery star, and some thin white feathers all glued to a hair clip should cover that. And for added sparkle or stars to the skirt can be sequins or maybe even star buttons you can find at hobby lobby or some place. Ik this isnt really what ya asked for, but like i said i had no references, and this was just an idea i got. Not saying you have to use it...but maybe it can help you stir up some ideas? Im not in yge least bit offended if you dont like it, and i will GLADLY make another for you if need be. But at least I tried. XD
