WHOO! Been wanting to draw Chat in this AU forEVER. Meet Chat Noir, the Earth Kingdom born fire bender!! Thats right! This ninja-esque rogue is reference to none other than Avatar; the Last Airbender series!! (Like i said, he was born and raised an Earth kingdom citizen, but his mom was secretly fire nation. So SURPRISE! SINCE he has scavenged his outfit in the illustrius city of Ba Sing Se, its only natural he had found SOMEthing with Earth Kingdom decals on it)
