.Graduation day.
Ichigo
27th May
8:00 PM.I got dressed up in my purple check tuxedo and stared in the mirror. The senior high graduation ceremony took place in the morning. It was now time for our farewell party at our school. I had arrived at eight. The sky is grey today. 'It looks like it will rain.' They kept talking, about all sorts of thing and annoyed me about begin late. When they started pertering me about my love was when I told them. "Mind your own business."
"And here I thought you'd never speak since we forced you to come to the party." Keigo stated when a triumph smile.
"It should've been at somewhere fancy, not at our school grounds." Mizuiro said, without looking up from his phone.
"I'm glad that we all made it." Uryu told us. Chad made his way to us, wearing all black. I saw a bunch of girls drooling over him." And people were complaining about Ichigo being late."
"I got held up in traffic." "Chad," he said, fixing his hands in his pocket.
Keigo spoke. "How about we go to a bar, have some shots, and then come back."
Mizuiro stopped chatting. "I mean, I'm of age, so why not."
"A party's no fun without alcohol." Uryu stated.
"You actually agree with me?" Keigo put his right arm around his shoulder. "Well, I've always known that you had my back."
"I'm in and I brought my car too," Chad said.
The entire friend circle was taken aback. Except for me, I knew Chad loved wine.
"A man of few words but right on point." Mizuiro winked.
They looked at me. "Sure. Why not? " I shrugged.
"Ah-mazing!" Keigo bounced on his feet. "Let's let loose!"
Later at the bar now, Keigo was the one to bring this subject up. I had expected the least.
"I'll become a movie director. The best there will be, and that will be me."
"But you've never talked about that before." I said, taking another shot.
"No, really. Maybe because it was never brought up." He shrugged.
"What do you do, Chad?" Mizuiro cocked his head in his direction.
"I will be a boxer." Added Chad.
"No surprise there." Keigo nodded, and Muzuiro smiled. "We know about Ichigo that he will take over his parents' business. And what about you, Uryu?"
"I'll be joining Ichigo in Tokyo. Then I will work as a CFO in his business at Kurosaki company."
"I feel like you both end up marrying each other if you don't watch out." Keigo eyed me.
Uryu and I had almost gagged at the thought. I eyed Mizuiro. "That only leaves you."
"About what?"
"You never told us about your career choice?"
"I will be a mangaka. I love to draw."
"I've seen it. It's really good." Chad said, finishing his drink in one gulp.
"It's already nine. I wanted to spend time with Tatsuki." Uryu said, standing on his feet.
