More Than Just A Bonny Face (Rewriting)

Another One

Drago screams loudly, waving his bullhook. The water churns and ships are knocked over as a second Bewilderbeast, bigger than Valka's and shackled in chains, rises from the ocean.

"Another one?" I question.

"I was way off! That is a class ten! Class ten!" Fishlegs shouts.

"No." I shake my head.

"Come on! Take down the Alpha!" Drago orders.

"No!" I fly Gold-Heart over to Griffin. "Do what you must the protect the nest. I've got your back no matter what, big guy." I stroke his tusk and I face the other Bewilderbeast. It looks at me and I feel my eyes tingle again and snow blows out of my mouth. Griffin knocks me to the side and I fall off Gold-Heart. I hit the snow hard and I look around for Gold-Heart. "Goldie!"

"Up here!" I look up to see Hookfang carrying Gold-Heart. My friends gather around me. Smaug blasts Drago's Alpha a few times before landing next to me with Saphira and Venom.

"Are you okay?" Tuffnut hugs me.

I hug him back. "I'm fine." I part and walk over to Gold-Heart.

"Quick killer meeting." Astrid pulls me away from Goldie. "You're part Bewilderbeast, right?" I nod. "Drago is the one who injected you with it and he owns a Bewilderbeast so you're a part of his Bewilderbeast."

"I haven't thought of it like that." I look at Griffin in shock. The two Bewilderbeasts roar loudly and strike their tusks together, signalling the start of their battle. The Bewilderbeasts begin to fight. "I have to stop them." Fishlegs hoists me onto Venom's back. "Take Smaug, Goldie and Saphira with you." Venom flies to Griffin with Mum. Mum tries to stop them but fails. I fly in front of Griffin's right eye and I give him a worried look.

Please stop.

Griffin stops, but Drago's Alpha does not and shoves down the white Bewilderbeast. The two Alphas continue to ram heads. Drago's Bewilderbeast knocks over me and Mum, and we can only watch in horror as the dark Alpha gores the white Alpha's belly with his tusks, killing him.

"No!" Mum shouts.

"No." I cover my mouth with my hands. "Griffin!" The new Alpha, standing over the corpse of the fallen king, roars loudly and takes control of the dragons. Venom takes me over to Grifin. I see the marks were the new Griffin gored him. "Please, Griffin."

Griffin, wake up. Please, boy, please. Get up and fight. Don't let him win.

The Bewilderbeast starts shooting ice at mum and Cloudjumper.

"Mum!" I fly over to Hiccup. "We have to do something."

"You and I are confronting Drago," Hiccup tells me. I sigh and nod. "You have to face him. He's your dad."

"I'll do it." I pat Toothless. "Is he okay?"

"Toothless is fine." Hiccup smiles at me. A dragon knocks Mum and she falls. Mum struggles to hold onto Cloudjumper and finally falls. Dad jumps and catches her.
