Chapter 4: Secrets Revealed

Guys you are the best readers ever! I have over 70 reads so far and it was put on Wattpad like, a week ago. 🙏Thanks so much for all your lovely comments and suggestions (thanks for helping me with the muffin thing from earlier. I fixed it😉) I'm sure you have noticed A LOT is going on at this point. You still don't know very much about Elvan except that he pretty much is as sass like Keefe❤️. I also wanted to let you guys know, that Evol, is Love spelt backwards. I guess that kinda tells you a little bit more bout Elvorrie (though technically speaking her name isn't Evolorrie though that would be pretty). I hope you guys don't mind my craziness over Keefe, and I hope you don't mind me hooking him up with someone else (Spoiler alert!) In this next chapter, you are going to get A LOT of information. And I mean A LOT!! You may have to reread the chapter a few million times to get things straight. I'm sure I'm gonna add in some more notes throughout the chapter so I'm sorry. I'm also sorry for taking so long finishing chapter three it's been really busy lol. AND I'm sorry for making this note so gigantic. Here comes chapter four!!

Chapter Four: Secrets Revealed

"Ok where should we start?" Elvan asked.

"Let's start at the beginning of our story. Keefe, you may want to sit. We could be here awhile and we don't need you fainting," Elvie said, pointing to a rock nearby.

Keefe laughed. "Faint? Why would I faint?"

"Because, lets just say our story is pretty unbelievable it could knock you off your feet," Elvan said.

Elvie sat down as well, her blue dress spreading across the lush green grass. "It starts out here in Lumenaria. Fifteen years ago, the royal family celebrated the birth of their children. Twins. The royal family thought it was an omen and only kept one child in the spotlight. The other was left in the home the entire time, without contact to the outside world. As years passed the twins grew but one day, a group of people in dark cloaks came to the castle. They demanded to see the other twin, the one that was hidden. How the group knew about their daughter was frightening the king and queen. They told the group they had no idea what they were talking about. That night, the little girl was stolen from the palace. The guards tried to take the princess back, but before anything happened, she was gone," Elvie reared up and started crying.

Elvan reached over and patted her back. "Elvorrie was the little girl stolen that night. I was the twin that got the praise and love from our parents. Elvie was left in the dark. She was raised by the guards. When the group stole her, out parents were devastated but the guards were even more. The captain was like her father. The group had left a sign. A piece of paper with the symbol of a white eye inside of a white circle," Elvan clenched his fists.

Keefe almost toppled over. "S...So you're telling me, th..that YOU are the Prince of the Lost Kingdoms?! And Elvorrie, is the... the PrinCESS??!" Keefe clutched his head feeling a migraine coming on.

Elvan nodded his head and held out a pin. "This was the family crest. We never wear it anymore because after that-"

"After that night everything changed," Elvie finally spoke, drying her tears on her cloak. "I was taken to the Neverseen's laboratory where they put me through all kinds of tests. All I remember is them saying 'is this the girl?' And 'the black swan is the creator?'. I finally gathered enough information to realize they thought I was the Black Swan's creation. They ran lots of tests on me and realized that they were mistaken. So they used me. I became their little puppet. They genetically mutated me. Now before I say anything else.." Elvie said, holding up her hands. "I want you to promise that you won't freak out too much."

Keefe nodded, but his insides told him he really shouldn't. He was scared. I know the girl they thought was Elvie. What will happen if the two meet? Will Elvie be mad at her?

"Okay. Keefe, they genetically made me so that I can turn into four different forms. I can turn into a hunting form, a running form, a fighting form, and a swimming form," she said sighing. Elvie got up and started to change again.

Keefe blinked multiple times before he realized that the red filly was standing in front of him.
