I can't believe I convinced myself Flash Thompson cared about someone besides himself, and I'm not the first one. Both Liz Allen and Michelle Jones too. But he's got something coming
We were assigned as partners for choir and we were supposed to sing together in the showcase. Were

Flash and I walk onto the stage and I introduce us "Hey guys! So this is a little one for the ladies especially the ones who know my friend Flash" I earn cheers from the girls
Flash taps my shoulder and says "My Mic isn't working"
"Bummer!" I say with fake pity "Let's go, Betty!" The curtains rise to see my friend who can play guitar
"Betty?" Flash says confused

The guitar intro starts and Flash asks "What song is this?"
"Just listen I think you'll hate it," I say and smile
I look back at the crowd and begin the choreography with my backup dancers (A/N: I know cringe but I had to)

While I'm singing Flash tries to get out but Peter and Ned are there to make sure he stays

I finish and I earn hollers from the crowd. My crew and I take a bow. Pete and Ned finally let Flash through and he gets food thrown at him
I walk over to the guys and say "Thanks for the reinforcement you two"
"Anything for you Y/N," Peter says with a classic smile (A/N: that moment when you write your name, for the insert reader fanfic 😂)
"Anything?" I ask with a mischievous smile
"Of course!" He says
"Ok, then Pete I have another favor to ask of you," I say and he nods "Will you go on a date with me?"
Peter turns bright red, scratches the back of his neck, and replies "A date like a date, date? I mean yeah definitely, sounds great"
"Awesome I'll swing by your place at 8 tomorrow night Pete," I say and peck Peter on the cheek. Then walk off but not before looking over my shoulder and waving at him
He looks shocked and then he and Ned start jumping around like dorks
