Peters POV
I sat down in the kitchen and leaned back in my seat groaning at my stupidity
The door swings open and Jim walks in and sits next to me patting my shoulder. I lean back down and let out a sad chuckle, I rest my elbows on the table and rest my face in my palms
"You know you should tell her," he says getting a new cup of coffee "You might regret it forever"
I sigh "I don't wanna ruin our perfect friendship, we can talk about anything"
Jim sits back down "Anything except this"
"Anything except this" I repeat
"Ok let's get back out there and you can suffer in silence"
I look up "Ok wait" he turns back around "If I did tell her how would I even do it, Hey y/n! I've been in love with you since you started here but I'm scared you won't like me because I have the romantic exposure of a high school freshman!"
Jim sits back down and looks at me "Well you could tell her as any human being would, or you could go that route I guess. Then again I can't exactly talk"
"True"
"Okay now we have to get back out or Michael will try to get in on 'hot gossip' or something," Jim says and gets back up
I laugh and get up with him
I walk back in and see Y/N sitting at her desk and she looks up at me and smiles. I wave at her and smile back. I can't help but admire her whenever I get the chance
Pam POV
I write down a note to Jim on a piece of paper and fold it up like an airplane
I throw it at Jim's head and it hits him right in the ear. I cover my mouth to contain my laughter
He gives me an amused look and unfolds it reading it in his head. He nods and writes something down
Jim POV
'We gotta fix this, they are more oblivious than us. At least we had a good reason'
I write her back 'Just wait now that Michael knows it's gonna get out anytime now'
I fold it and hand it back to her and she reads it over. She nods in agreement and we look at Peter who's looking at y/n, when she looks up he looks back down
Y/N looks at Peter and me and Pam smiles at their oblivious romance
