I Hate You, I Love You Part 2

Peter POV

I start bounding up the stairs with Ned trailing behind me

"I don't know man, what if I've been going after the wrong girl this whole time? I mean Y/N and I have a lot in common but not so much it's like freaky-" I ramble before Ned cuts me off

He glares at me "Peter, You can't just switch between girls like that. I, a man who has experienced true love can tell you to follow the path your mind has laid out for you"

I look at him oddly but then shake that off "It's not like that seriously, I'm caught between a rock and a hard place"

We get into the room and I start brushing my teeth, Ned going on about him and Betty. But then everything goes quiet...

Your POV

"That's great! You've liked him for who knows how long and there is a possibility he could like you back" MJ says as we walk up the stairs

I sigh "It's not that easy Jones"

We get to the room and close the door behind us

"Why not? He's a chill dude, you are an amazing person with great taste in friends" I roll my eyes at that comment "What's so difficult about that pairing?"

"Because he likes you!" I exclaim and flop on the bed "I can't just change his feelings overnight"

She sighs and plops down on her bed "I know Peter has a tiny little crush on me, but Newsflash: I don't like him that way. So if you like this guy you gotta go for it"

"I'm not that kind of person and you know that," I say into a pillow

"Okay, well I'll try and guide you young duck" she patting my head "But be careful with that Peter, he is hiding something"

"No duh, his six-pack" I joke and she throws a pillow at me which turns into a pillow war

~The Next Day~

I wake up to sunshine, birds chirping, and... A wet sock. Also, we have 20 minutes till we have to go out sightseeing

I groan throwing on my outfit and some Birkenstocks which hopefully will allow my feet to not to be constantly damp

I ran downstairs to see the rest of my class snacking on bagels that Mr. Harrington provided. I walk over to MJ and steal the bagel she was about to eat

"Um, rude?" She says grabbing another one

"I got this bagel because you didn't wake me up," I say chomping down as the sweet cream cheese coats my taste buds

She takes a bite of her new bagel and says with a full mouth "I didn't wake you up because you have to be well-rested today"

"Why?" I say with my brows furrowed

"Commencing operation: Get Peter to Like Y/N," she says and I put my hand over her mouth

"Tell all of Europe about my crush why don't you!" I say through gritted teeth and look over at Peter. He seemed a bit shaken up for some reason...

Mr. Harrington opens the hotel door "Okay everyone, back on the boat so we can do some sightseeing today"

We all filed onto the boat with me and MJ up front, Blake still trying to impress MJ. I looked to the back of the boat to see Peter looking this way, he saw I caught him in the act and turned the other way but when he looked back I waved at him and he waved at me.

As childish as it sounds, it made the butterflies in my stomach flutter around.

When we got back on land MJ had birds covering her all over which I just had to take a picture of! Peter is gonna love this when I find him...

Peters POV

I finally found the jewelry shop I had looked at online

Originally I was going to get MJ a Black Dahlia necklace, but now I'm a bit conflicted.

I went in the shop anyway, just to look around. In the corner of the shop, I saw this necklace that looked oddly familiar.

I looked at the man behind the counter "Hey, could you tell me about this necklace sir?"

He looked at me and smiled "That is a Wolf necklace. It was made in the forest by a wise woman who found sapphires in an unknown cave. It symbolizes Grace, Bravery, Intelligence, and Beauty"

I look at the necklace and smile being reminded of someone special

"How Much?"
