Wattpad created FOLLOW, STAR TO VOTE and COMMENT BOX
Malamang my purpose yan bakit 'yan nilagay.
Kagaya ng comment box, sabi ng iba kaya nga daw nandoon para sa isang open criticism ng readers patungkol sa story.
All of the writers want feedback on her story. Nakakakilig ba? Nakakaiyak? Maganda ba? Pangit ba?
But at the same time, comment box din yan ng mga readers na i criticize ang overall aspect ng story mo. Sa plotting, storytelling and even how you constructed it using English language.
In short, ang WRITERS AY OPEN SA CRITICISM. At wala na tayong mababago don, kasi tayo ay ONLINE WRITERS. Kung ayaw daw ma criticize eh di wag daw i post. O di ba ang HARSH! Haha. But I will deal with this topic under Rant and Bashers.
So going back.
Writers asked for votes. I am one of those writers who asked for votes. Ever since I created Sana Akin Ka na Lang I was asking for votes in a certain update. Pero since hindi ko inaabot ang quota, post pa rin ang ginagawa ko. Ano magagawa ko eh ayaw mag vote ng ibang nagbabasa.
Wag daw pilitin ang readers kung ayaw naman i vote ang story mo o mag comment.
I agree. But, if you enjoyed the story why not vote? Why there are silent readers who doesn't comment and who doesn't vote? Ayaw sa story mo? O walang pakialam lang talaga?
Votes and comments they are like reader's little token for the effort na ginagawa ng isang writer na mag update at mabasa nyo ang story niya ng libre. I am not saying this because I am one of those writers who will not update unless it reached the quota. I am saying this to all the writers out there na hindi man lamang nyo binibigyan ng simpleng 'thank you' sa comment box niya. O yung simpleng pagpindot sa Star button.
Lahat ng story sa wattpad deserved nila na mabigyan nyo ng isang pindot na star lalo na kung ito naman ay binasa ng libre. Kung isa ka sa nag aabang sa mga story, naghihintay kung kelan ang update at hindi ka naman bumuboto at nag ko komento, then YOU ARE A CERTIFIED SILENT READER.
Please readers, be considerate to these writers (pati ako), marami magtatapon sa akin ng rant regarding this but I am just speaking my mind here.
May mga writers na mag u update without quota and without votes, pero may mga writers na maghahanap non. Isa ako don. At hindi naman siya madalas na hinihiling. Buti nga may sign na pag na hit ang quota, alam nyo na mababasa nyo ang kasunod. Ang masama kung hindi nga humihingi ng quota yung author tapos ang binibilang pala niya bago mag update ay TAON.
LOL.
O kapag hindi na votes ang hinihintay kung hindi million reads na. Haha.
So, it's a give and take relationship. To readers and to writers.
